    Operation Moose Knuckle

    The 506th Paratrooper Infantry Regiment will be hosting a realism game this Saturday, May 8th/2010. It will have open slots for the public so all who want to enjoy a realistic military operation is welcome to join us on our teamspeak and our server. The realism is at 4 PM EST so just add or subtract hours in comparison with New York time and you'll know at what time our realism is at from your location.

    506th Parachute Infantry Regiment

    The 506th PIR is a veteran unit based on realistic gaming or realism. We try to make our unit as close to the real military; both structurally and tactically. Baker Company of the 506th PIR plays ArmA 2. We are squad-oriented and use Airborne, Air Assault, Infantry, Mechanized and Armored tactics, with our focus being on Air Assault.

    Our unit has been active since 2004 and our Armed Assault company has been active since 2007. Not only are we open to taking beginners and veteran players but we provide both with an interesting and entertaining environment to play the best tactical FPS out there.

    We offer:

    A respectful, mature and fun gaming environment

    Realistic military Chain-of-Command (CoC) and structure

    Weekly training drills

    Active forums, three ArmA 2 servers and TeamSpeak 3 server

    Our only requirements are:

    Owning legal version of ArmA 2

    Teamspeak 3

    A.C.E. 2 - Advance Combat Environment

    Weekly Check-ins to Drills and Forums

    14 years or older

    My only problem with this mod up to this moment is the tremendous amount of crashes that my game goes through when i play ww2 warfare on your server.

    I really couldn't care much for the graphics of planes. its all about gameplay baby!

    The thing with the island is that its a little bit TOO big. I mean, i took a C-47 and flew from my base that was on England territory and into France and it took me almost half hour. Its just a lot of turf to cover. But other than that, think this mod is a 4.5 out of 5!!!

    This mod is gonna be extremely fun. especially when theres a WW2 version for mods like Evo or even better, WARFARE!!!

    Ive been a hardcore WW2 fan for quite a while and when i first laid my eyes on this thread and those picks. i almost shed a tear. Its gonna be great once this is released.

    Good Job to all that put a bit of work into this whole project.

    Love the sound mod!!!

    Only issue, is yeah, the m16 has the normal BIS sounds. I remember i noticed that the m16 sounds really weak and very low and crappy. Im like, this isin't chammy!!!

    Anyways. im running the Atari US Version. Please try to get this fixed since i want my killing to sound something like this: BOOM!

    Hi, if anyone knows how to make replacement packs, i think a great replacement pack would be for the 101st Airborne skins and the 82nd Airborne. I know this is a big thing to ask but if you wont make them, at least direct me to where i can learn how to make replacement packs because i would love to see those skins for use in servers for example.

    Im a big fan of the airborne.
