  2. I might have something you like, currently uploading a rar file. The rar file contains a .pbo that should have a retexture of the BIS Nato soldier to a Dutch NFP (Green and Tan) soldier. The rar also contains the raw material (two texture files and the config file). The camoflage used comes directly from a published TNO research and is the official camo that will be put in service. When the upload is done I will send the link by PM.

  6. I would say by 2035 they already have advanced helmet mounted thermal sights or even full color NVG but helmet binoculars also sound good.

    As said by Luuktoonen, I will make a seperate thread for the NFP retexture. Probably gone be a thread in ARMA 3 - ALPHA ADDONS & MODS: COMPLETE because they are allmost ready for release.

  10. I have been busy working on a YPR-765 for Arma 2, the model and texture is nearly completed so I decided to get the vehicle ingame already. When not beeing used to coding, only did some back in Arma 1 I ran into several problems. Soul_Assassin also had a look at the #1 problem but there was nothing to be found that could cause the problem. #1 Tracks not animated. For some reason the tracks wont run, the wheels do turn. #2 The wheels/tracks do not have suspension. Mentioning this problem because I do not know if this could be related to #1. The turret is not animated yet. (not a real problem at this time as I see #1 as the biggest problem for now.) The vehicles does not have any weapons defined. (a to do for later).   11. Walking around long enough to know thats possible, they "type" racism stuff in global.
  12. Just want to report there was a clan running around on server #5 or #6, cant remember which one, they were constantly on global screaming, swearing, playing music. Next to that they were putting up racism jokes and lines in global chat. An admin took note of it and temp banned them from the server. Is there any way to get those guys off permanently? Few names I can remember: [bAM]Metalhead [bAM]Combine [bAM] ? Chriss There were 2 or 3 others but cant remember those names.

  14. YPR-PRI Textures are WIP, turret needs to get more detail and more weathering to be added. Hopefully this will be able to drive in Takistan if I get my head around the coding lol.
  15. Looks like I'm outnumbered now lol, gone give it a try. I always been making happy weather paintings with a Wacom. Still the result on the bushmaster is great!
  16. Just wondering what came from CG textures currently mapped on the model? I never seem to be able to have found anything that I could use on a vehicle from that website.

  18. Not completly wrong, the floor can have kevlar plating when beeing used in afghanistan etc. The GAU might still be working depends if the APU still runs.

    Great feature! Is there also a VFR map available in the display? like this one: http://www.arma2.nl/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/takistan.jpg and http://i.imgur.com/6sZAd.jpg Makes it easyer to identify the mountains and valleys and possible great routes to hide from things.

  21. Not very impressive things done by me so far. Added:. - Interior flag. - Redone the fueltanks. - Little weathering on the textures. - Repositioning Flarepods To do: - Add IR Warning pods etc. - Redo the nose. - Unwrap small added parts and add to texture - Fix rvmats, normals, etc. Maybe: - 2 extra MG positions in the last windows. - Fume exhaust blur (if possible)

  24. My YPR765 and MB is still WIP, not decided yet what to do with those. Will be Arma 3 or VBS2, depends how much free time I have the next months. Free time wont be much for the rest of this year for what I know so far, 2013 will bring more time off from work hopefully.   25. Just as a question of interest, how accurate to the real materials do you want all models to be? So far I see some things that are different on the real thing. C130: Does not use the full color roundel on the normal version of the C130, the full color roundel is only present on the C130H30 models used by the Dutch Airforce. Also missing the text below the cockpit (Koninklijke Luch.. etc.) AH64: Also only uses the toned down roundel, the round on the engine needs to be rotated 90 degrees clockwise (last picture). CH47: Roundel is toned down on all current airframes and located on the fueltanks.' Hope this info will get it more accurate if wanted.
