Islam is a religion of many undeveloped countries. The culture in those countries is brutal, and not really oriented toward humanity. That's why we see beheadings, suicide bombings, etc. They'd rather behead someone than shoot. I bet if western europe was islamic, and arab countries were christian, then we would say christianity is violent religion.

I think DX10 will be used in Game2. I doubt Arma uses all DX9 features at all.

I heard that Vista will have some problems with OGL. And DirectX has been improved a lot since version 8. It is as fast if not better than OpenGL.

I think such a comment is not appropriate. What I meant was all these TV entertainers try to beat each other in terms of shock value. And it's the question of "when", not "if" when wildlife will give its next surprise.

I can live with non moving carriers. But I want to be able to walk on them, land choppers / aircraft there, explore, etc.

I think you can null all players scores by scripting. Therefore there is no need to disable the scoreboard. I like the idea!

x2 CTI would suck without T80s.....unless CTI addons will include good old T80s or modified T72 with active armor, etc.

First, Im gonna try out the aircraft and then will start mission making.

Then don't, fly a Ka-52 instead. the problem is a) choppers are overpowered b) lag servers a lot thats why in most of multiplayer maps they are excluded so BIS want many T-72s against one M1...that would work in real world but in the game players want frags/kills... so the average west player in m1 will have more scores than the average east player...in the end it will cause masses of players migrating to west team and whoring the tanks...kind of like in BF2, there is huge TK problem with airplanes You are not limited in gameplay in OFP like you are in BF2 Loads of players switching west? Design your mission with limited number of tanks for US problem solved. OFP/ArmA = freedom, never compare them to things like BF2 yeah, thats true but only time will tell If there will be coordination between east tankers to battle m1s then it would work. However, as public multiplayer games proved, that happens rarely, and works in clan matches only (and coops maybe).
