Ok ui have ofp version 1.46 and i am having some horible lag i am runin a amd duron 1000 with 382 megs of ram a VooDoo 3 Video card and a 2mbps Cable modem
It seems the problems start when i get to the server cuz in gamespy it says my ping to them is 43 or 85ms but as soon as i get in game my latency goes up to like 900+ its crazy i lag like hell and theres yellow and red boxs in bottom saying message not recieved is there anything i can do to fix this! i really wanna play multiplayer but this is crazy i cant even get in vehiocles i lag so much somone HELP!! i have run all sorts of optimizers and i run halflife just fine but this is weird i have set the gfx and soundfx in game to lowest posible detail and no shadows please help!
