Everything is fine sharp and smooth. running 1.90, ive uninstalled deleted directory and reinstalled to starting version of resistance and still had this problem, went up to 1.90 and still have this problem:
Whenever im in map view(not editor, and not briefing, briefing works fine) i dont get the crosshairs i get the ofp arrow curser, i cant select radio or the little briefing pad, and i cant put down any markers or anything else on the screen. all my drivers on every electronic part on my cpu is up to date:
