Just today in the Resitance SP Campaign, i was having a particularly tough time on a mission, so i took a break. When i came back in and restarted the mission, all my weapons were gone... Well not all of them, I still had all of the weapons equiped on my squad members, but all of the weapons and ammo in storage were gone. And the tanks i had captured were all... differant tanks... My T-80 was unaffected, but one of my T-72's had become a T-55, and another had become a BMP. This was retroactive to all my old games...
Also, all my shots arc *UP* now... i didn't notice until i fired the tanks machine gun and the tracers were flying up into the air (it was the normal trajectory, but reversed, meaning that they went up at the same speed the round usually dropped). I tested it out with some other guns and most other were affected similarly.
It seems like it might be FADE related. I do have a no-cd crack (just so i don't have to bother with the cd), but if i recall fade usually slowly degrades gameplay over a period of time, not the next time you start up a game... I guess i'll just reinstall and restart (using teh CD this time ). But i'm wondering if there may be some way to salvage my game??? Any ideas?
