    ArmA is just ... disappointing

    I love ArmA when its going well and working like a functional game. But too many times ive lost a mission because of computer players just spinning round or refusing to get back into their vehicles. The lack of enemy AI also depresses me I thought these kind of bugs got sorted with 1.08?

    While id love to see the minutae of military weaponry. Personally id rather that BIS worked on the feeling of nannying a squad of retards through a firefight when using the ai. if the Ai were equally competent attacking OR defending. then it would come down to the skill of the player. And nothing winds me up more than when i fail a mission due to Ai doing something stupid or when i have to run off and do the whole mission myself. Though the point was that im not rambo?

    "Blood Sweat & Tears" Bug

    I completed mission, and then when it goes to cut scene, i just fail the mission apparently i've "left mission area". During the Cutscene highly irritating Also how do i unlock the extra single player missions definitely curious of them?

    Taking Cover

    I think the cover system is fine for the moment. Leaning and being able to go wherever. No need for "splinter cell" style stuff. Although this is tricky in a game that isnt just 90 degree flat surfaces like GR or R6 for example soldiers pressing themselves against bushes or something. My main wish is that the AI were a 10th as good at using cover as me. and that the "take cover" command didnt mean "RUN AWAY!!! RUN AWAY!!!"

Im trying to make a mission involving an urban raid, the usual tactic of grouping a high rank OPFOR unit to a low ranking civilian doesnt work (although it does with RACS units ) how could i make west unit shoot at civilian units, for some reason the civilian unit is shooting at the west, but isnt getting shot at and when i play isnt identified as an enemy even when i reveal it manually

    Im trying to make a mini campaign about a drug fuelled insurgency Post ARMA campaign. Trying to get a bunch of civilians to have weapons. I notice the original "Addweapon" commands, what are the names of the various main weapons or has the command changed now ? Thankyou

    AI stopping moving

    Often in mission im patrolling along and my AI will just stop...refuse to move, this happened on the shilka mission in the city and on the refugee camp mission just in a wood irritartingly. In combat the AI is excellent fun if slow and cumbersome, but its when im just walking around and the AI need constant nannying that irritates me relevant issues -AI crap drivers -AI wont mount vehicle unless i tell them twice -Flickering dissapearing buildings i have an Nvidia 7800 AGP -Heli pilots wont land where i tell them -Urban AI movement -Take cover = AI run as far away as they can -Death animations slow especially when En is looking through binoculars (small issue) -bridges no more need be said All issues endemic from OFP, nannying of AI and other small issues ruining a FANTASTIC game, On the positive -Weapons sounds sorted -no more being forced through dull sneaking missions - more infantry action -realistic flight model -gorgeous helos/vehicles -movement animations better -great graphics -good campaign, more simulator feel
