Hello to all, well I have also a Live full in Win ME everthing worked good, als the sound in Windows XP is good and everything worked when I installed all OFP from the start version 1 to version 1.3 and to 1.4 I made a soundtest and it works, but....as soon as I switch to missions and start one the sound stops, besides of telling me that Creative suckes is there any I can do to fix this bug or is it that OFP is not for Windows XP? All my other games, even older ones are working fine with sound and 3D...

I would like to have a walktrough because I past one of the last missions the 15 minutes for releasing difficult mission but at the end nothing is happening, just getting the message "mission aclomplished" and thats all what can I do?

I am sorry, but this NEW Via is totaly different, please read some other message boards about the good new Via chipset. Please if any would you know what can be the trouble? And maybe the website of the official BTL to als them?? Agian in advance lots of thanks and greeting from Macedonia...

Yes it is, with raid onboard avery good motherboard which I am using for offline video editing here are some spec.: VIA® KT266A (552BGA) Chipset - FSB @200/266MHz - AGP 4X and PCI Advanced high performance memory controller VIA® VT8233 (376BGA) Chipset - High Bandwidth V-link Client controller - Integrated Faster Ethernet LPC - Integrated Hardware Sound Blaster/Direct Sound AC97 audio - Ultra DMA 33/66/100 master mode PCI EIDE controller - ACPI But should this make trouble with BTL?

Well the CD has a wininstaller so you can't see the files before the setup. If I use another dir to set it up I can see the 3 pbo's and the add, when I do this manualy also the same result...

Ok thanks, but again I did not ask if you like between the lines yes or no. And I think this forum is for fans too open? So should I re-direct all questions to officialy mission mods? Thanks to those who really tried to help me and here is how the trouble started. The CD-R came with auto win installer and has put 3 pbo's under missions BTL 1, 2 and 3 in the same dir. are 1985 and red hammer. So if I open up the campaign inside the game there are on top arrows from 1985 to Red Hammer and from Red Hammer another arrow... as soon as I click on this the game stops and I have to restart. I have a Athlon XP 1900 with 1 Gig of DDR ram with a MSI KT266 PROII R MB so I think my hard is good enough. Again in advance thanks for your help.

A few days ago I installed between the lines over version 4 of OFP. Ijust can't start it and the game stops responding as soon as I click on these extra missions. What can I do? Please help! :proost: :bav:
