You can turn that off though, the mouse lag where it take half a second for the game to respond to my aiming is what im complaining about, also if theres a way to get mouse acceleration into the game could someone tell me? Thanks.

Whenever I play ArmA I get insane mouse lag so I'm constantly trying to re-adjust and get my sights on target and by that time I'm dead. I've played with the mouse sensitivity and still I can't get rid of it. Is there a mod or something that will get rid of this? ...until then
