The unit models for the East side are still Russian..And for west are USA/NATO..

Yes, but it's an OFP series, so I reckon it'll be fun to squeeze in a few OFP jokes and clichés, thus having good ol' East/West BIS models. But it's your show, so if you don't want it, fine with me. Just be sure that you don't press the big button.

That was funny. But why didn't you use original BIS skins? Kinda take the fun away from the name East vs. West. I mean, that's the point, the never ending fight between Easties and Westies and then these weirdo skins show up.

That's one helluva nice replica! Wonder how he did it, managing choppers that exact isn't the easiest thing in the world of OFP.

I'd love the shrimp and tiny guns mod.
I have blue prints of east and west shrimps if u can make addons - I could animate them. Not sure what kinda guns we could use, mby just shrunken versions of human guns.
The great thing is that the shrimps would be so tiny that the maps would look HUGE! and the AI in OFP are about as intelligent as shrimps.
No, I don't know o2, I've tried it but I suck.

One of the things I suspect people going away from mission making is basicly that the community is ungreatfull to them. When someone release a nice addon it's like "WOW! OMG! WOWOWOWOWOOWOWOWOWWWWWWWWOOOOOOW! I WANT YOUR BABIES! OMG! OMG! OMG!" (OK, maybe I exaggerated
) but when someone release a nice mission it's more like "Fun mission. Keep it up." . See what I mean? -

I think people who are overreacting to this gun need to try and imagine this the other way around. Â Let's say all guns up until now were heat-rays, and the army started to develop a hand held device that could propel a sharp piece of metal out of it so fast that it would tear right through your opponent leaving him fatally wounded.. Â you'd be pretty outraged then ÂI am. I still think weapon development should have stopped round the time we found how to hit someone with sticks and stones.
I am not afraid of the current weapon, I am afraid of what it will develop into. Because it will develop, as people will earn money producing it. So how long will these 'tin foil armors' protect you really? 50 years? 100? 150? 1000? Yea right.

It's going to develop into something bigger eventually. The first bullet wasn't much compared to modern M16s.
It's also going to get into wrong hands. It'll eventually end up a global weapon that any army (or terrorist faction, or whatever) can buy.

I am against any form of weapon development. The only war development that should exist are simply better defense mechanism.
But since I'm a pacifist as well, we don't need defensive development either.

When I come up with a new idea, I think about it a lot. Then I play round with notepad and the editor to come up with the backbone of the mission. Then I make the backbone of the briefing at this early stage, because then I know exactly what to do. Of course I can change it, but it's good to have some sort of frame.

Some extra notes:
- The reason WPs sometimes pop up in vet mode is because you're inside a HUD-based vehicle, like a tank.
- Vet mode is much better than cadet mode. Now you know.

I read the whole article and excuse my english but I couldn't understand if the weapon was killable or just to shock soldiers. Either way, it's still going to develop into something worse sooner or later.

OK, so if he's a medic you can't kill him. If it's just someone else normal you can blow his face off. Somehow I don't get it to go round.
