then the Thrustmaster Formula T1.. one of the first wheels FM put out.. still new brought from selected stores. or even ordered in.. old as anything. . but a fine wheel by all standards. and they outdo even some of the newest "plastic" wheels no clutch tho.. but you can easyly respring the accelerator brake is harder to push than the accelerator.. realisticly the base is massive. .but the foot controls are rather small brought a new one from the gamesmen not long back.. 40 dollars australian proberly be able to get the Thrustmaster Formula T2 if you cant get a hold of the T1.. same wheel but with paddle shifter AKA, shit all american (and yes im talking about the australian dollar conversion) old gameport rig tho..but windows supports it naturally

BUT.. I got this nice idea of replacing the parachute with a massive rock! so when people eject.. they fall rather fast.. or deleting the parachute altogether.. I hate how everyone has a parachute.. I want to see a rain of people.. spinning from 1000 feet

pfft.. thats not new.. I was experimenting with changing the model value in the files of units ages back.. making the SU-25 hand thrown glider, and I was TRYING to incorperate a chopper into a backpack.. but it didnt work out.. also tryed to make a powered parachute.. but kept getting caught in the strings.. and when the AI powered up they took an express lift to the stars and never came back.. so I quickly stopped that idea

I dont have the best experience in wheels.. but the few ive had and used I have had fair experience with, I dont recomend the force feedback wheels what so ever.. there just too unrealistic.. you DONT feel.. EVERYTHING that happens with the car through the wheel.. and it just seems wrong. no matter what type you get Non force feedback wheels.. I would recomend, altho old somewhat.. I'd go with any one.. or the newest one of the thrustmaster nascar series wheels, there a decent wheel thats good for any kind of driving and feel like your driving a car and not some plastic arcade machine with wheels the expensive ones near always arnt the best ones with that said tho.. if you can get a hold of an original thrustmaster F1 wheel, there cheap as dirt.. still perfect for driving, if you dont mind the occasional calibration.. easy moded too been meaning to try a wheel with FP actually

is it possible to set FP to "hide body" while people are still alive ?

I like the 700KPH APC m2a2, wonderfull thing.. just dont call it back to you after its just flew over a couple of mountains.. it'll stop about 2Kms past where you ..... was

Weapons with flashlights.. they already exsist.. hasnt anyone tryed the M2 tripod mounted gun at night? it has a nice little light.. that any anti tank aircraft can see oh and it also floats on water too not sure about lights for people.. altho I have given a horn to a resistance soldier it was rather funny at the time

if you dont like a trabant, what about an automite.. there great.. altho you have to build it 4 1/2 HP engine!.. she can do 40 MPH with a 10 HP engine.. it can do 55! but as comrade hardliner said just dont crash into anything

try it from 1000 feet and shut off the engine.. its basicly like doing it in HIND/apache but .. its different.. in the way that sometimes.. they just dont do it.. once you start to flip over rotor first towards the ground.. forget it.. eject and try another chopper one rule in FP as apposed to HIND or real choppers is that the autorotation is dependant on having your nose as vertical as possible before the engine stops.. in FP that seems to start autorotation 60% of the time.. but where FP differs is that horizontal speed doesnt have to be kept constant.. you can keep the chopper down to 20 knots or less.. even 10 and you still can autorotate.. just dont forget to throttle up before you hit the big mass of green stuff.. hopefully from the descent you will have gathered enough rotor speed to create lift when the blades pitch is changed the HIP is still the best chopper for doing it.. the OH-58 CAN do it.. the apache I have tryed and its rotated for a while.. then died... AND DONT TRY THE CH47!.. of course

Just another thing to scare the hell out of the british army.. they wont like doing night manuvers after playing FP they'd be looking for headcrabs and bullsquids instead of the enemy

oh..and if anyone wants horsepower in there racing games, why not redirect your attension towards Merc Truck Racing.. sounds slow and wierd.. but its not in anyway.. realistic sounds.. trucks look great.. and PLENTY of horsepower to share.. its also a simulator apparently.... that and.. you got a rather nice horn theres a demo floating around somewhere

GTA 3 PC would be realistic, if it wasnt so.. console ported the company claimed they would make the PC version the best etc etc and all that hype.. and it looks as tho they TRYED to duplicate flashpoints wonderfull different controler for different situations thing.. by TRYING to have the incar controls different than the walking controls... but they dont seem to work too well.. steering with a joystick is a 2 tone affair.. you cant steer precisely.. its either no steering... half steering.. or full steering in the direction of your choice the acceleration is a disapointment and there doesnt seem to be anyway to slow the cars down.. forward is just.. FULL THROTTLE.. and keeping a constant speed is near impossible unless you pulse the forward button I love midtown madness 2 and 1.. and would have loved to see GTA 3 be like that.. to my knowlage.. GTA 2 had a more realistic driving experience.. atleast the cars had acceleration.. oh and I own the american non censored version.. not the australian half assed version for anyone who was wondering

while everyones talking about the AMAZING everyday things we all do with FP... does anyone know how to successfully autorotate the choppers? ive done it many times with the mi-17 and the OH-58 but some choppers dont seem to want to do it.. and...sometimes even them choppers dont do it.. its a fine art that many chopper pilots learn and most usefull when your engine suddenly stops.. altho it does seem to work at the wrong time.. when you dont exactly need it for those who keep there feet on the ground in FP and let the AI pilot the helicopters into trees for them Auto Rotation is keeping the main rotor at a constant speed using forward and vertical speed to glide the helicopter to the ground, causing minimal impact in such situations as you.. lose your motor and for those who havent yet flown a chopper in FP Think HIND altho its NOT any use once the rotor HAS stopped.. you have to catch it before it does.. otherwise that wonderfull FP rotorless flight model comes into effect and we all go down rotor first into the nearest petrol station full of explosives
