OFP system is just screwed up I get these types of problems but they usually sort themselfs out after a fresh install of it all again.

The best black op mission in ofp is when you have to find the 3 shilkas. This mission is some aspects is very realistic It would have beem even better that after you found each one you could have used the laser desinator and called in a air strike or something like artillery.
