Hi all I have been at this for a few days now but not im stuck. I have the old DLL's in my O2 dir but no joy, well i say no joy when i first started it up i could load TGAs but now i can even do that. The main 1s i need are the paa and pac but it wont even load the textures i depboed help pls its already took me a week to get this far with all the problems i have come across, the funny part its only a box. Thank you Sols

hi all not really sure if this the right place to post this, but im sure if its not some1 nice will let me know and move it (thanks just in case) well i started a post the other day about not being able to load textures into o2, i then managed to get that working. i then had trouble getting the textures to work in ArmA and the from that stage i cant even get the model working at all in ArmA it keeps crashing when i try to preview it in editor. this it the link to my post before and i have worked my way back but still it keeps crashing http://www.flashpoint1985.com/cgi-bin....t=69363 pls help thank you Sols ALL SORTED NOW sorry for caps it just so you see it

not doing so good now when i put it in arma and try to load it in editor it crashs before it loads in game also just remade the thing again still no joy

i made a folder with the addon name in there i put the textures before even adding them to the box or even building the box. i then made the box added the textures checked it in the viewer all looks good the saved it to the same folder as textures with a cpp and then i used binpbo i didnt change anything there. my cpp is <table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td>Code Sample </td></tr><tr><td id="CODE">class CfgPatches { class APhunt1 { units[] = {building}; weapons[] = {}; requiredVersion = 1.0; }; }; class CfgVehicles { class All {}; class Static: All {}; class Building: Static {}; class NonStrategic: Building {}; class TargetTraining: NonStrategic {}; class TargetGrenade: TargetTraining {}; class Crate: TargetGrenade { model="\APhunt1\APhunt1"; armor=20000; scope=2; displayName="AP red/white hut"; } } just in case its that, if not it might be my textures then

i used binpbo but did not add $pboprefix$ didnt know i was ment to, I also dont get what you mean by "just hit the 'options' button in binpbo and either alter (or not) the 'AddOn Prefix' at the bottom" its set to auto if im ment to change it what do i change it to? thank for your reply

cannot load textures\sidewithdoor_co.paa and all the textures are 512x512 i must be missing something or doing it wrong

na it was just me being a noob and miss reading. Now i have a new problem, i get them work all nice in the viewer but when i pbo it and add it to addons i can see it in the menu but it loads in game with no textures and an error. i have not yet searched this yet but i have seen something about this when searching a problem i had before with textures. thanks for all your help guys its been alot of help Sols

it works now. the only problem im getting now is trying to texture the other sides, when i try it loads but wipes the one i have already done. it shouldnt take me long to find out what im doing wrong Told you sorted it now

Hi im getting the same problem only thing is i have done what Obmar has said and it worked last night, well i could only load tga  tonight i had a go and i cant load any texture not even tgas pls help,  thank you Sols Sorted it thanks

Hi all Me and a few mate are having the same problem, I have searched over and over on more than 4 site (and yes i have used the search button no joy ) its now been a day still no joy so its time to ask for help right, now to the problem. We are at the point of putting the sat/mask on in visitor. What we have done so far is ( tools---> Project Preferences, in the top line where it says "Folder Textures" write: MyMap\Data) then put in the files that are asked for, its here we get the problem it comes up with.......... Error loading 'P:\MyMap\Source\mapLegend.png dont see why this is happening, i have mapLegend.png and i have replaced it but no joy help pls thank you Sols

i have it working now thanks for all your help. my mate came across it we replaced as file names that had caps to small letters and it worked, just to let any1 know how to sort it if they have the same problem. once again thanks for all your help guys -

there are 3 of us trying to get this to work we have checked for spellings over and over spent a few hours checking with no joy and have redownload the mapLegend quite a few times as well still with no joy. thank you anyway guys -

what we do is put them in as a passenger this way the AI dont start the engine which inturn dont use fuel
