And one suggestion, if you wanted to remove the stuttering effect of their original video (fraps captured most likely, therefore lacking in FPS and resulting in stuttering in some cutscenes) you may try to slow it down with your software slowmotion function. Even slowing it down just a bit might remove completely the stuttering effect (if your editing SW is good enough: it'll add frames automatically).
