    Strange Flickering

What i wonder most is, why is it more visible on the right side of the screen? First I thought there is something wrong with the programming because the weapon is on the right side too. The weapon never stands still, it is always moving a bit due to natural behavior, and the game recognize this as moving and blurs the environment like when you turning. On third person view the game doesn't recognize this as moving and doesn't blur the world. But on the other hand it is also still there when you play a soldier without a weapon...... Since it is worse with post processing on the highest level, there could be a chance that the flickering will disappear when we could turn off post processing???

I tried almost every possible setting in ArmA to get rid of it but that is not possible! If you want to have a perfect simulator for short-sightedness try the highest setting for post processing  on this level it is blurred constantly but you still see the flickering.

I'm very disappointed, I thought there would be beta tester customer support  but instead they temporarily switched the official board off! Same like White_Hat, the game is uninstalled and on the shelf.

    Strange Flickering

I tried an older driver 178.24, but the problem still exists. It is noticable that the effect is mainly on the right side of the screen, on the left side is the effect less but also visible. I made a video with my cam, the camera stands still on a solid platform, I put a pen in front of the monitor that you have a reference, that not the camera is shaking but the picture. http://www.baja1000.de/video/graphicbug.avi @BIS great Game so far, but I want to play in first person...........

Have the same problem here. Only visible in first person. Not sure if it was there without patch? I first thought it was the headmovement option that your head is also moving while you stand but after deactivating the blurring and unsharpness is still there. Specs: WinXP SP3 Intel E6400@3,2Ghz Nvidia 7950GT 512MB (OC) Driver 181.22 2 GB RAM ArmAII Vers. 1.01
  6. I had the exact problems aswell. I use a 7950gt PCIe but here comes the weird stuff i had to lower my agp aperture size in the bios to fix the problem. My card has 512MB VRAM and i had to set the agp aperture size to 128MB. Now I use a Mobo with an agp and a pcie port, but i can't tell you why I had to set something for the agp port to run my pcie card perfectly! Â I had the problems with every driver, but now it's gone!
