The occlusion of explosions is VASTLY improved in 1.08 and you can (gasp! use walls as real cover now. I suppose you don't really care, though. I'm sure you can list all sorts of things that you don't like about ArmA, and whenever one of them is addressed, I get the feeling that it isn't going to count and you're just going to move on to a new complaint. Right, On a 4thib co-op mission last night, when clearing a room we threw grenades, all exploded near but none of us got injured, hence the wall we were stacking up on between us.

And Judging by your sig, you like Bf2.... Now I used to play BF2 but you are comparing the ArmA A10 to Bf2's A10. Realistic vs Arcade... You get my drift? Sure there are bugs, but complaining about the 2 sec burst? please... ArmA A10 is VERY far away from realism. Ever tried lock on? Â EDIT: Unless you are saying bf2 A10 is realistic, never played it. Yes, but I know hes comparing it to the BF2 one, which is way more unrealistic than the ArmA A10.

**REMEMBER THAT THE "BLUFOR Special Forces" MODEL HAS CHANGED TO THE HOCKEY HELMETS, MAKING ALL RETEXTURES OF THOSE UNITS OBSOLETE** Theres a way easier way to fix the Problem! Step One: Open your addon folder, and sort by date. The bulk (AKA official files) should all grouped up sepretley from the addons you had before the patch. (Third party addons before the patch should be obviously different dates.) Step Two: Select all third party addons and move them to another folder for example on your desktop. Step Three: Start ArmA Beta. Step Four: Quit and start moving back the addons in small groups, testing which addon made the fault. Easy, no reinstallation required.

Not for me. They are armed as normal. Although the west spec ops now appear to be wearing bicycle helmets. Weird, but if that's what they wear, that's what they wear I have the Australian release 1.04, patched to 1.05 with the international patch, now running the 1.07 Beta (International). I had a bug like that a while ago... had to do with an Addon I was using, forgot which one... Anyways it appeard only after i installed patch 1.05

Yeah, but I would of never bought the sprocket version if I knew that every patch would mean an activation and that the Sprocket support is really hard to contact... Oh well my loss.

I hope BIS uses Cryengine2 also, or they make a whole new engine that will blow crtek's out of the water! The possibilities are endless... Although I have heard some pretty crappy limitations of Cryengine2...
