I'm just back into arma after some time. When trying to join MP server I get a message saying "uses modified data file - CA" What does this mean and how do I fix it?

Simple question. After I get my unit to move where I want him, how do you get him to face a particular direction (or scan the horizon)?? Plz help as I can't seem to find an answer...

I'm new to editing, but have been reading alot.
