    Or play on Coop Servers ;) and collect there maps. In about 4 weeks time all 400 MP coop missions will be back to download from www.suicidesquad.co.uk.

    Script for limiting number of allowed sound files

    Works fine, we asked Bazik to do this on our server after the tmp folder had a habit of growing to around 2Mb at peak times (with 22000 byte limit on all custom files). Thanks, hope others benifit too.

    Just to make this complete, OFP can actually handle at least three image formats. JPEG, PAA and PAC. PAA is meant for TGAs (Alpha channel with complete transparency, complete opacity, and everything inbetween like 50% transparency) PAC is meant for GIFs and JPEGs (Alpha channel with only complete transparency, complete opacity) PACs have a better image quality because the format does not need to save additional alpha information. So if you have an image without transparency like JPEG, or full transparency/opacity like a GIF, I recommend using PAC. The above is copied from SES forum in a post by Joe Lemonade (ModMaker), its a pity the maker of this addon didnt convert his jpg's using texView or similar, would be useful to alot more people, demanding far less CPU power.

    ooops i was going to post before, but Damn Stoners Memory!! Yeah, we have it on out i44 testserver and its one of the best i44 maps I've played so far.

    Realism

    How about if you pick up an enemy gun or tank it take you longer to reload (as you werent trained with it) and is less accurate, this would be realistic. There could be a setting for CTF maps as you wouldnt want it, but it would be much more realistic if you werent 100% efficient with enemy guns and vehicles.

    Sounds like an addon issue, sure you havent deleted some addons by mistake on the server??

NOTE: The mission make may not have the best idea on how to pull the mission off, try some variation ... after the Captive escapes you get a nice fire-work display then a few last enemy to kill - the easiest of the 4 missions when you've done it once

    Running speed

    There has been talk of better and more extensive loadouts in OFP2, I hope so and would like to see an effect on speed and tiredness of player when he is carrying more or less, and run faster/turn quicker if you just have minimal firearms. This may mean its harder for AI to maintain formation but would be nice Also Speed linked to health, detoriating health if you are badly injured, maybe to the point of not moving until a medic Gets to you, although not quite dead Also Bleeding when health decreases. Not healing to 100% of you have been nearly dead, just 80% or something. Medic tents Healing better/more than medics.

    Just been Beta Testing these on our Server With Poet - Thanks M8. He fixed mission 3 so it doesnt use the BAS Chinook and it worked a treat, great mission. We Completed 4 and it didnt crash the server, still an error on the artillary, it is executed by the clients so (with 5 people playing) the artillary was 5X the correct amount - lol, the server kept above 45FPS throughout and didnt crash. Good job we wernt a full team of 12 I advise you all to get this 4-mission pack once its final - really good enjoyable missions. (And with my Favourite 2 scripts - Spectator and Auto-View-Diatance)

    OK Fantastic, we got a good team together and had a go at 4 properly. We Killed the guards first, then the patrol and Spetz as he was leaving in the UAZ. Then we called in the Big guns and watched the impressive fireworks so many explosions that after 2-3 minutes the server crashed 3 Still wont load on my server - you put MP Slots in it Thanks for the View Distance Script.

    Before this thread was started several Large Clans and Servers Discussed it to check that there was some common Ground, and there was. All the Servers that use addons would like to be able to have interchangeable maps with other servers, but addons have limited this. Mods such as SEB-NAM2 and Winter Nogojev became so popular that map-exchange was possible as many map-makers made maps with the addons. So why not Group Addons together to make a basic addon pack, witrh extension modules. Most people will agree that there are some "Essentail" Addons, these may Include the editor update, russian weopons pack, bunker packs, Steerable parachute, BIS Camel ... Basically this thread is for people who run ADDON SERVERS, if run a server and would agree to use the addon-module system so that your map-makers could make maps for many server, and our map-makers do the same will will all end-up with better Gameplay. Then if enough servers join it will be a common-addons system. We have already Trialed this Idea with SES, REBEL, FGG .. ... .... and its working Fine. Representatives from Zues, DKM & CLR have also said they see potencial in this Idea. I suspect it will be more appealing to servers who play predominately objective based missions, as these map-makers have more demand for addons.

    1) We completed but no ending trigger .. 2) Really Enjoyed it, despite being a little short of AT 3) Cant play yet .. no BAS C47 on server YET!! 4) Nice Map forces good Teamplay, or nOObs wreck it Suggestions.     Un-official patch + upgrades

    Well I hate to Jump the good but several Clans and Server Owners are discussing a Comman Addon pack for their MP Servers as we speak. The Idea being if Lots of servers have the same Addons, then maps and players are interchangeable. Anyone who wants to get involved check SES forum or I'm sure a thread will appear on this board soon.
