    Wanzer Pack 15 - Wanzer Mech

    Futuristic City...I think that brings to mind something too Star-warsy. Have you played Halo 2? Something like New and Old Zanzibar would be amazing for the Wanzers.

    Enough of the pretty little anime photos. Â I think it would benefit more to find out how you would go about bringing these mechs in, where to find scripts to have leg movement (Either the new WANZERs or the Robotech vehicle) and other things. I would get in touch with experienced modders and question such things as taking a normal sized infantry model, increasing its size to reflect a mech are possible.

    THOSE guys don't have too much recoil. I love the changes to UCE's kuffiya, though in pickiness, perhaps some street clothing like the FDF's Rebel units have could add to the unregimented feel of the resistance. Very nice work, as usual.

    Unified zombie pack release imminent

    Brains...brains! The zombies are comming for your delicious script-brilliant brains! A zombie lumbering animation? I'd also like the Overturn bus/car/tank(?), head shot only zombies, and flaming zombies. Dawn of the dead...I have heard that in the storyline it came from a sort of biological agent? While people bitten by the first infected human became mindless zombies, the first effected person (Not by bite) 'had' a mind..if thats so, perhaps "Smart" zombies? Instead of running right at you, they might do what AI soldiers do and flank, to try and catch you in the back? Could be faster, or encorporate the head shot only feature.

    I would agree its a good idea, but do the AI take advantage of RTO's with COC? Otherwise, if the weapon took the place of a heavy weapon like the RPG V7 or LAW, it might be better than just the pistol slot.

    CV-22 Osprey

    Couldn't something (Imma broken record) akin to the Wanzer be used? I noticed that when the helicopter-coded Flyer Wanzer uses its boost option, most similiarites to being a helicopter end, while it starts to handle a lot more like a plane. I imagine this could be done by the Osprey changing rotor position, and when this occurs, gaining a sizable speed increase no matter the tilt of its Axis.

    http://ofpac.net/ Amazing stuff. Â The Wanzer mech was included with BOH's Modification, though there have been several improvements with the current one. A floating mech with such scripting that a Osprey seems very much possible, a walking one with moving legs, and a simple floating variant. The camera-man addon is superb, with three variants (And multiple camera choices, including a TV-like view). Odd choice to have an unarmed apache play the role of Television CHopper, when something moer civilian would have been a good choice, but still. Â Well worth a checkout, even if you dislike sci fi stuff.
  10. Phew, I thought it was just a bug with the WWII mod that these didnt work. The missing textures and pansershreks will be fixed soon, so otherwise, this is one hell of a great addon. Edit: But if they are missing, as we've seen, how come the screenshots dont show us?

    A script such as that could be transformed into a sonar or radar script in the future, I think. Nice work! And excellent job on the APC. Maybe you could work with the Zombies mod for the Aliens attack animations and scripts?

    Rangers don't work under SOG, or whatever the phrase is, right? I thought only groups that worked under them, such as Delta force or the Green Berets, are offically Special forces.

    Sorry if this is the wrong forum. I figured it would not work in troubleshooting either. Nor is there a topic dedicated to the release of these Goggles. http://ofp.gamezone.cz/_hosted/inquisitor/files/addons/INQ_NVG.zip While I've gotten the Nightvision effect to work, and a new model appears for the NVGs...it certainly isnt the one shown in most people's Screenshots. I've unpboed and repboed Data and Data3d for both Resistance and Cold war crisis, as well as placed it in my Newdata folder for Llaumax (And ran it to include it) *Using patched Resistance, DXDLL, Llaumax, and ECP*

    Omg! The zombies, the vampires! Great by the looks of it. Used to use desert maps with a hodgebodge of weaponry and units to simulate that wasteland idea.

    Couldn't it be possible to have randomizing appearance, much like the Desert Grunts? Otherwise, I'd look at VIT's APC pack, the chechnyans have a much more MODEST Beard.

    I assume this was fielded before, so excuse my jackassrey. Isnt the IDF's primary small arm the IMI Galil Assault Rifle? And considering the modern setting of Lost Brothers, any chance we'll see the IMI Tavor Tar-21 Assault Rifle?

    Big budget. ;) Henry-Gregson-Williams (I must have screwed up the spelling, the guy who did Metal Gear Solids soundtrack) would seem a better choice, I think...at least financially, he does not seem that too far off for BIS or codemasters to hire. I want to see something to fit the setting, ethnic, if you will. If OPF2 will encompass a Middle east/Africa environment, then music fitting the culture and people there is a lot better than heavy metal or orcestral. I really liked the mixing of western, modern and more ethnic beats for the Black Hawk Down soundtrack

    I wouldnt mind seeing sci fi addons. I'd enjoy seeing planetside-themed addons..ones that situate away from aliens and moreso a futuristic battlefield.

    For me it makes the game almost unplayable. Nomap is bad, because file-read operations are much slower; if you got a lot of units with a very high rate of fire, then it can make your OFP laggy. Now THATS new news.

It is the footage of a journalist who trails along a Bounty Hunter after Osama bin Laden, is waht I can gather. Looks good. Less political than Farhenheight 9-11 and maybe stronger in getting its point across than it as well.

    Doomsday - Part III

    Sorry for spamming up this post, but I have searched all over the bloody factory. I have planed c4 almost everywhere, at specific areas and also spread throughout. Nothing! I supposed the factory where the skeleton and dogs spawned, then I supposde the two pillars with heads and spikes was it. It really has been odd, Its like nothing reacts to the c4 except the fences. Nothing will progress the story.
