heh.. while we are at CAS(Close Air Support) Aircraft's.. gimme the good old A-1 Skyraider from the vietnam war.. sure its a propeller aircraft but thats both its great strength and weakness... because its slower the pilot can spend more time aiming and over target (a prop engine use considerably less fuel than a Jet engine) and those quad 20mm cannons sure bring the noise (and pain =]) thought the slow speed make it a sitting duck for hand held SAM's and small arms. well i managed to take a A-10 out with a sniper rifle in mid air once.. can you say lucky shot ?

whatever gonna go back and fight with those scripts

yea.. the only thing OPFP is missing is Artillery.. i wonder why it was left out..

hehe.. im getting pretty darn good at "tail landing" those things... i mean you come in fast (near full speed) and about 200 meters before touch down i pull up so the chopper nearly stand on its tail and cut the trottle, and jam the collective to the bottom. then when i reach about 40 kmph i level out and begin to apply collective to make it a smooth landing. a thought nut to master (heh... i havent seen anybody else than me thats able to pull that trick on our LAN so im nearly always in a transport chopper)

id rather like to see it come in very low and deploy a APC with a paracute behind as a speed brake.. and then turn around to drop a unit of infantry and some crew in regular Parashutes

lol from that angle it looked like a C5.. and i messed up the classification so what ? i got the name right what are you planning ? paracute deploying BMP's ?

well... i useally use Shrike but that nick was taken so my typical alternate is Shrikey..... i got the idea one night where i was drinkin with a few friends...

umm thats a C47 Glaxacy. not a C130 Hercules the Herc got a rear loading ramp and is smaller so at least its handlerable on the uber small strips in OPFP

err... am i the only one who find piloting helo's easyer than being a grunt or commanding a tank ? i mean ok i do use a Joystick and im a flight sim fanatic... (even thought i still manage to make a big smokeing hole with the aircrafts)
