According to my router manual UT and some other games work with a NAT but some don't. I am guessing OFP doesn't, but Rekrul if you can figure out a way to make it work would be great. If not I will just have to host all the time.

I guess my router(linksys befsr41 v.2) is crappy then because i cant connect at the same time to OFP or some other games ive tried. The only way I can do it is to set up DMZ and host on one and join with the other to my own server. When I join a remote server with one computer and then I join with the other, it kicks off the first one. Maybe I dont have something configured right...i dont know

Rekrul, thanks for your reply but I'm not sure about your answer. I'm not wanting to be the host. I just want to get on All Seeing Eye and find a good server and then log on with both my computers. I have two copies of the game and when I try this, as soon as the second computer logs on, it boots off the first. My cable modem has plenty of bandwidth and everything else works.

I know Unreal Tournament does. This is for those people who have a small LAN behind a router and want to log onto a remote server with a couple of computers. Anybody know?

After doing some testing, I found out I could not sign onto the same remote server at the same time with both computers. Does OFP allow more than one sign on with the same ip? My Linksys router has the one public ip and my two computers are assigned private ips behind the router. I have not tried hosting a server yet.

I would just like to see a sound mod that only changes the small arm sounds(rifles,grenades, etc...) using the Ghost Recon sounds. Is this possible? I am OK with the standard vehicle OFP sounds although I know they are not perfect. It is the small arms sounds that are so bad and somewhat ruin the experience for me. I know there are alot of guys who would like a sound mod like this also.

Cool...can you make them stick their noses into other sovereign countries business? And then can you make them flee in terror at the first sign of combat? Can you name their commander "Kofi" and make him braindead?....this would be a very realistic mod then!

I'm getting  cable modem service tommorow(yeehaa) and I want to have a friend and myself be able to both play on the same server on my LAN over the internet. I will have a Linksys router to assign different ips to the 2 computers. My wish is to 2-man some vehicles and play against other people online. And yes, I do have two store bought copies of OFP(to rn malboeuf AKA "fade troll"  ) Is this workable? I agree about the casing sounds being a little overdone. If there was concrete below then it would be OK. Good job though.
