Didn't the latest release come out with some addons? I know there is a server version so that people can play the MOD without the addons. I think if it includes addons it's a MOD.

In the FAQ forum there is a thread about white textures. Can I add to this thread? I have slightly more detail on it and had I viewed the thread when I was suffering from it I'd still have been none the wiser.

Well, the problem of white floors arises as a result of a lack of video memory. I had on-board graphics at first, before going PCI, and it shared about 8-16 Megs from the RAM. This meant there was in no way enough video memory for it to texture everything. So the computer decided to leave the floor out completely. Also it isn't white, it's simply textureless i.e. no colour at all. So you don't even get a snow effect. There are benefits to this though. It makes spotting enemies a damn sight easier and you can see quite well in the dark. But the downsides are things like having no idea where a hill starts or ends and seeing roads where there are no roads i.e. on the other side of a hill. So if anyone is suffering form this affliction, buy a better graphics card, it's the only way.

What version are you on? I used to get this but I haven't done anything to warrant this response in ages. My preffered tactic in the campaign was to steal the nearest piece of armor and kick some infantry arse, rather than risk actually getting shot But when I did this I often had to drive and shoot all on my lonesome

Animals in ofp would give credibility to the hunting rifle and such.

You may get better FOV but at such a cost is unacceptable. If they could bring the action menu over and not cut the gun in two then fine. G36, 4 clips, LAW, 3 LAWs, Binoculars, NV Otherwise M21 or AK74

I'm having difficulty creating a global variablr, lets call it creds. What I want to do is build an object in a specific area and if it's in the right place it'll slowly add to "creds" which I want displayed permanently on-screen. I can't figure out a method of handling the variable and have no idea how to display it. I'm at uni and we are learning C++, I've done some versions of BASIC so I'm not illiterate in this respect and I have all the comrefs I can lay my hands on.
