Ok, problem solved....

This Bug (Crash to Desktop) happens not just with the SpecOp (Laser) but with the Laser Designator in the OH-58 Helicopter too. So I think it's a bug inside the code of this laser designator generally. ----- For Peace and Socialism!

the patches to v1.10 up to v1.20 couldn't have worked because US Retail Version is already v1.20. So Patch to v1.30 should work correctly.
