So is the CD better? I did get a customer service response and Red Hammer is now installed.

I have v1.4 installed and tried to download Red Hammer but it would never complete. Should I reinstall OFP, upgrade to 1.3, then try again or will it install with 1.4?

Is it necessary to redo the tweak after installing DirectX 8.1?
