I don't think its just the infantry weapons. The fixed-wing aircraft's gun is also underpowered. I play a lot of DCS, and it normally takes just a 1 - 2 second burst to take down a helicopter. I just tested the jet in ArmA. I fired the gun for 10 seconds at the OPFOR attack helicopter, and it was still flying just fine. I hope this is only a bug, not an attempt to 'balance' the game!

Did you switch on aiming deadzone? If you did, switch it off.

Nope, sorry about that. I'm afraid you'll have to upgrade to a better laptop/desktop with an 'x50', 'x60', or 'x80' card. The 'x' in the model number should be 4 or above. The GeForce 120 is an entry level card. You also have a mobile version of it, which means the card is less powerful than the desktop variant. -

Besides, if a person was able to eject without an ejection seat - the parachute will most likely not open due to the low altitude. -

But helicopters do not have an ejection seat because the crew will be ripped into shreds by the rotor blade. Helicopters in ArmA never had an eject button and they better keep it that way. Unless you're talking about the Ka-50. That helicopter has an ejection seat. Sure, add an eject feature for that but the rotor blades must be ejected out first. -

If you're running Arrowhead + ArmA2, or just Arrowhead, CQB sights are now included in the vanilla game. Just press the / key on your numpad to bring up the CQB sights. If you want to remap that to Shift + F, you can. However, if you only have ArmA2 - it should still be Shift + F. You're not supposed to update past the 1.3 Final ArmA2 version, I believe - or there will be problems with your ACE. -

I'm not sure if they'll ship Arrowhead into Thailand or not, since ArmA 2 didn't sell that well over here. I own the retail DVD. Do you think its a good idea to buy the Steam version of Arrowhead, since its unlikely that I could get my hands on the DVD version. -
Yeah, their new F1 game doesn't look promising at all. They claimed that it will have simulation aspects to it (difficulty settings), but they recently announced that there will be no formation laps and a safety car. Guess there won't be a next-gen Grand Prix 4-like game afterall.

I think their F1 2009 was also another fail title. They promised easy to simulation difficulties, but I heard the game was pure arcade. I knew it was going to another CM false ads, since the console of choice was a Wii. Effects of the KERS system and slipstreaming were overexaggerated. What were they thinking? A sim on the Wii? Now, they're saying that they're releasing F1 2010 as a simulation/arcade game on the PC. Probably going to be another lousy arcade racing game.

Yup. I tried going to mission objective 2 before objective 1 in the first mission in the DR campaign, and met a couple of PLA soldiers inside a small village. I walked right in front of them and they did absolutely nothing. I'd say the AIs were poorly scripted even on the SP campaign mode.

When I try to pick up flashbangs, chem lights, and gas, their names never show up on the top right after I pressed F to toggle through my firing modes. The only options that I saw were either "Grenade" or "Smoke" (I had a fragmentation and smoke grenade in my inventory as well.). Yes, I'm sure that the flashbang/chem light/gas were in my invetory. -
Maps? Ahaha. You mean zone unlocks? They're using the same map, CM just unlocks a new area for "official" multiplayer gameplay! :eek:

Found a better picture. Sorry, I wasn't very clear on my previous post. http://sgcusa.com/images/supporting_images_large/Trijicon_ACOG_NSN_F.jpg I'm looking for an ACOG with that tiny sight on top for CQC. I was browsing through the crates, and found some weapons with preview pictures with that scope on it, but the actual 3d model is the other variant without the sight on top.
