    Solved!!!

    I try to format again, but this time, when i just install windows xp professional + sp2, i don´t install all the programs i have as last time;

    This time i install windows, all the drivers, and then ArmA, so it must be a program that i have who was fucking me.

    His problems gets worse with higher graphics (i.e north Sharani) and less on South Sharani, do you  experience the same Rikus?

    Rikus: have you applied any of the Dual Core patches that exists for Windows XP?

    Same for me. If i play in a scenary with trees the problem ncrease, and much more if i run with zoom in.

    If the scenary is clear like Hexenkessel i don´t have any problem.

    I don´t aply any patch of dual core.

    Has your brother problems in other games? i just only found one game with one problem similar. Need for Speed Carbono, for many time goes good, but if it´s a curve very long, when i loose the button, steel keep turning.

    Could be the protection of game that is getting crazy the system?

    I don´t know what can it be, because i change it all hardware except monitor.

    No, i solved restarting the mission.

    Now the problem is in the next mission, when you have to defend Corazol.

    I kill first wave of enemies, then when appears second i kill to, but a message says to go to the east. Then i go, kill all soldiers, but nothing happens. ¿?

    When you finishe the first mission of the campaign, you can do an alternative mission, it´s in the night, and you have to destroy al tanks, and if you want to steal some info.

    Well i destroy all tanks, but don´t tell me nothing and i can´t finish

    In the 6 missions to learn, i´m in the 5 mission, to learn to fly in helicopter, well, i turn engine on, i climb 20 meters as say, but in next point, tell me: returns to training i don´t have all day, the screen goes black, and then i appears again in helicopter at ground level.

    Oh no, trust me, it´s not the inertia.

    When i buy it, i played perfect with old cpu for 2 months, then, suddenly one day the delay started.

    With old cpu, the delay was for 5 also 8 seconds, with new cpu, reduced to 3 or 4 sometimes, not always.

    Placa Base: Asus P5B Deluxe

    Micro: Conroe 6600

    Disipador: thermalright ultra 120 + Ventilador Scythe SFlex 1.600 rpm

    RAM: G.Skill F2-6400CL4D-2GBPK 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2-800Mhz 4-4-4-12

    Grafica: HIS 1950 PRO

    HD: Seagate 320 gygas SATA II 7200.10

    Also buy a new mouse with cable, A4Tech and a keyboard Steel 6G, the problem continue. Now i can play better, the problem continue but less, but still exists.

    I don´t know what to do know, i thought it was my old keyboard Logitech with out cable, but now that i change it all, i don´t know what it can be.

    Help please!!!

    You might want to try my solution I discovered following the German release. Make a backup.

    Open My Documents/ArmA/ArmA Config file

    It should look something like this.

    Resolution_H=768;

    Resolution_Bpp=32;

    refresh=72;

    FSAA=3;

    HDRPrecision=8;

    nonlocalVRAM=394264575;

    Alter the "Resolution_Bpp=32;" value from 32 to 16. After saving the changes, right click and save the file as read-only.

    Hellow, online gaming and also offline, sometimes i have a delay, i mena, i´m running fast and then i dont push anymore the key but the soldier still running for some seconds.

    Also when i am with the weapon looking too.

    The campain of ArmA is very weak.

    I enjoy much more Cold War Crisis or Red Hammer, missions like spetnaz, Resistance, very inmersive.

    What happens to BI? not much time? need quick money to continue?

    I hope for next pach to see things like OFP.
