Ouch.. thats pretty skathing.. of people opinions. after all its all down to taste. I am prolly one of the only people who enjoyed Matrix revolutions. WHy? because it did not end in a blaze of glory so to speak. it was almost unique.. sure some things "I" would have liked to of seen happen didnt.. but thats why the matrix was a success it was different. Sure people will flame it but at the end of the day there has not been a story so unique in 20 years. They set standards that films are still trying to catch up on. Personally I will not know wat to do once i have seen ROTK I mean how do you top such an awsome trillogy? My faith in hollywood is not great so I suspect we will all have to wait for something this special for quite a few years.

The EU as has already been said was great on paper.. The bottom line is that the economies of many of the countries who are in the EURO are taking a hammering. I am glad the UK (where I live) has not joined... sure if they joined the interest rates woud drop and my mortgage paymenst would be LOW! but thats no reason to join. National pride is one of the big issues.. and you cannot help but feel the politicians are just not telling us everything.. never mind the fact of these guys are making LOTS of money fom back handers. (which in some cases is no secret at all) Frankly I am against the Euro the EU is ok but the EURO is a farce.. I hear nothing but bad reports from germany and other nations that have opted in. Grim yes(in my opinion) the facts are so watered down its hard to tell who is lying and wat is fact .. when it comes to politics I gave up years ago i have no faith left in our system, its going down hill slowly but surely and some git is making shed loads from it.

The whole delema is dependant on your technical knowledge. If you can build your own then thats the cheapest way to do it. No warrenties for the machine but for the parts you use and they can be dubious at times. If its a games machine you want, www.Alienware.co.uk are worth a visit. Dell are also worth a look there machines come with good warrenty and contary to popular belief there techsupport is actullay fairly good. IBM has been mentioned in this thread.. having used them for a media department, I used to support I can say that they are reliable and well built. Hope this is of some use

So as not to assume anything... is your OS fully up to date? If not I suggest u up date it. Un patched Windows boxes are vulnerable to a variety of attacks *STILL* There was a nasty little worm a while ago (the name escapes me) that exploited a bug in IE that rebooted your machine. Just a possibility if everything else fails.

I think the idea is good... Like toad life says hosting of all the files would be a big issue. usually I would expect the maker to beta test a mission.. beta testers usually only appear for mods due to time involved in developing mods. As for uploading files u dont need a program just an upload script on a site. Finally (just to really sound cheerfull) who is to say the person "beta testing" your file on the BBN is doing a good job?
