Radeon 9800pro and opf = hell

Sorry to hear that :\ While i tested i noticed a few more bugs in CAT version 3.6. Right now i'm rnning CAT 3.4 and they seam to work really fine. Version 3.2 is like hell...i got a lot of glyphs and graphical distortion on my screen even without playing any games. Maybe you should try version 3.4, sorry but i really can't help you...i'm a radeon noob

O M G !!! Avon Lady your FAQ saved my a*s!!!! I thank you thousand times!!! It was the AGP Aperture size , go figure... I had mine @ 256 (thought that with a gig of ram i should be fine, didn't know how wrong i was lol), now it's at 64 runs like a charm! Thx for your replies, placebo and scope, god bless you all
  3. Hi all I've got this brand new Radeon 9800 Pro 256DDR-II. This card is freakin' hot! but... combined with my Audigy2 i can't get OPF to run It's a week i'm trying!! Everything works fine, all the games and stuff, but as soon as i install the Audigy2 drivers ONLY OPF stops from loading properly. I can't see the intro movies, i can't see th interface (Campaign, Multiplayer, Mission ecc) i can't see the sky, i only see the terrain of the desert island that moves by If i remove the Audigy2 drivers the game starts working as before, same thing happens with onboard audio! I've tried with CAT version 3.2 up to 3.6, it doesn't work! Another stupid problem is that the texture resolution, which was a max of 4096*4096 with my old GeForce4 card, now goes up only to 2048*2048, what the heck...this board has 256mb of video memory! Seams like OPF that can't handle high-end graphic cards, anyone lese here had similar problems? Thx in advance
