I warn you about a group of players called beerdrinkingassassins. They are currently scamming money off players, and they are monopolising player's by doing abusive selection. I just want to warn everyone not to get their money involved, i went trough their forums and they delete anything posted there that's not in favor of their scamming cult. They are mostly powertrippers that want to play with more people wearing pink glasses. They even state it. Some have reported viruses on their website. Many have gotten banned. I hope this will prevent any of you from getting your money scammed . I strongly suggest you all to blacklist them. It's a join us or get banned type of clan. They say they do it because they want mature players but they obviously kick people that are more skilled than them ingame. They are the worst kind and i could only hope for them to die from great pain in all honesty. No mercy or compassion for scammers.

Greetings, Altough i have not found any ww2 addon's except vile's i have great visions about the future. I would like to take this opportunity to start the ww2 community. We can all go on IRC on the quakenet server in the channel #ww2arma for further discussions. I am currently looking for contacts that have ArmA , vile's ww2 addons and that play in multiplayer. I would like to start discussions and a ww2 community around ArmA. light/heavy mortars , that are not static. Everything from world war 2 islands/armys etc Towable anti tank guns and artillery trenches, foxholes, pillboxes, bunkers. Camouflage nets, wasnt there a mod where youd pickup leaves and branches from trees and the more youd pick the more camoed youd look ? Seasonal texture mods on certain islands. real paratrooper from planes(c47,ju52) Trains, boats, blimps. Parachutable guns/supply crates All that in a nice cti with dynamic action

I added music to a static or mobile unit, and it sounds like its upfront or faint depending on the db i use, its never positional. ps all other sounds are ok and working (3d audio position)

Burning and vehicule respawn scripts questions

I need some clarifications, i only found this script for burning stuff. Ok i have been able to use the crate script, im doing a tdm map atm. I have very little experience but good ideas. There is 2 scripts im having problems with, Vehicule respawn and this burning one. I would like houses to be burning to illuminate the night a bit and also because there was major combat where the battle occurs. I would like boat transports to respawn after they have been used, is it even possible to have 2 boats respawning after driving from point A to B, then goes back and respawn at base? Or is it only when its destroyed? Im really wondering what im doing wrong since i cannot even make them spawn after they are destroyed but that is not really what i want, i would like them to respawn after being unmanned for a certain ammount of time. Perhaps i should make AI use my boat and make them move from a to b with timers ? Now the Fire script I wanted to assign a church and a few buildings to burn, I assume you need to place new buildings as the one on the map arent objects but already in terrain. I had problem with the command : 0,1,0 seems fine but then im having problems with object/damage and object array. The burning script gives me an error, the vehicule one just doesnt seem to work. I tried it on boats only. Those 2 things are kind of the next two steps i would like to master since im learning all the things. I can already : Use that awesome crate script Respawn infantry Make basic missions ai pathing Make basic Coop/TDM missions Can path Air Ai and group move/disembark just fine Like i said i would like to be able to : Make ai paradrop, make buildings and other stuff burn , respawn vehicules, supply drop , Airstrike ( i can already make ai do it but i would like to use radio strike), support radio (ammo, fuel, repair) etc. Am i going too fast ? Im really new at this but some people seem to enjoy my missions and I personnally have never had a blast editing since the blood/duke3d days using build engine. I know theres a lot of mods and scripts coming , theres the BIwiki and this forum, thanks for that. I wish i had a few mission makers in my msn.
