Sorry for last post by me. Got a bit carried away. Denoir's reskin help alot. No pinkishness & light green. LOL. The plane I have not downloaded yet but I say also nice job! I for one am greatfull to all those who make stuff for OFP because I don't know how and don't have that much time to learn. Thanks for the plane.

He was playing Everquest? So they "spike the drink to keep players awake and playing? If it were Bf1942 they would have to put even more speed in the drinks to keep players awake and playing! LOL. I know I'm terrible. The longest I've ever played a game was a stock market game for about 24 hours with meals [2]. I've played Red Faction online for about 8+ hours. Hehehe! Wow what fun. Oh and flight simulator was my big addiction [still is] of my misspent youth. I was on Flight Simulator by Microsoft 100 hours [off and on one time]! What a sicko I am.

Ok Darklight. No harm done then. I don't want to annoy anyone especially someone allmost got thinned out. I really was almost killed 3 times before like I described. The cave thing was chilling to me because it was a very unexplored cave in Alabama [boy Scout trip]. The rescue would have taken hour and hours. It probably would have been one of those tv situations. I must say though that I would certianly have been killed on impact in any case! Splat! So yeah I know just how you feel. To this day I will not enter a cave [even a safe comerial one.

Oh and the Hometheaterfroum thing: I have grudge against them. They are fine people really. I just don't like their policy regarding DVD reviewing. Thats all.

Sorry for my momentary flash of anger but wanting to BAN someone over something so "trivial". I almost fell into a whole at least the height of a medium sized office tower! I would have been killed if a guy beside me had not grabbed my arm. I once hit a but riding my bike. It was either that stationary bus or the moving car along side of it. My step mother was killed by her boyfriend one night. My sister and I were supposed to be with her that night. My dad thought the boyfriend was dangerous [because of the boyfriend's past threats/run in with the law etc.] so he kept us home and away from my stepmother for the time being. My step mother was shot in the face at least 2 times. My sister and I would have been shot also! NOW HOWS THAT FOR NEAR DEATH STORIES!

I was banned after just 4 post at the Hometheaterforum because I dared to complain about what they where doing there. Reviewing DVDs and getting 'em for free! They not only banned me but removed my posts. Freedom of speech is important. I was [i think] within my rights to make a little humor. I like this forum and feel quite at home here, but if they want me gone they will certainly do it. I must say again in my defense IT WAS ONLY A JJJJJJOOOOOOOKKKKKKKKEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh wow!!! This is addon of the year so far! Its just so awsome to be able to walk around a ship. Listen to this phrase carefully: Hostage rescue or "A Perfect Storm" rescue senerio. Just so many combat fantasies that going to be fulfilled. Outstanding job. Repoerts of OFP's death have been greatly exagerated!!!

Europeans are more sofisticated about some things. I howeever am as American as Pauly Shore! LOL. Yeah I'm an American. I love the fact that Europeans have embraced OFP like they have. The whole world loves Flashpoint! The whole world wants their Flashpoint!!!

I'm to this board. I had trouble logging in at first but I'm here now! Hehehe! Anyway to the topic at hand. I've owned OFP [now with Resistance] for around 2 Months [ok I think 3] and its the best game [i it can be called that] I've ever seen. Microsoft's Flight Simulator is close but I have never gotten the kind of goose bumps from any other pc software! The reason why I never bought OFP before was the I NEVER KNEW ABOUT THE MISSION EDITOR!!! I thought it was just a regular old linear type first person shooter. Was I suprised! If I'd know about the flexability of the mission editor and all the stuff for download I would have bought it a year ago. No kidding. Its a bit tough to learn anything other than basic missions very soon after purchase. I've owned it at least 2 months and I still don't have it all down. I'm not upset by the lack of great multiplayer. Ai soldiers are tough enough [on super AI for me] on cadet level. Also I can download any kind of missions I want. The idea that you can make any kind of senerio [within reason] you wish is mind boggling to me. When I was a kid we used to play war out side [night and day] Pine cones were our grenades. I had cap guns and even a plastic m16. LOL. Those were wonderful times but there was always that certian element of reality missing. At that young age I never dreamt that I would own ANYTHING remotely as awsome as OFP+Resistance+playermade maps & addons. Its truly mind boggling. I was an Atari kid. Missle Command, Donkey Kong, Pac Man, Space Invaders. Hehehe. I think this is [sorry to say this so bluntly] to smart for some Americans]. Sad but true. Pro Wrestling, tractor pulls, and bad first person shooter games. Add to that Telivision and it's now now now lack of attention span theater effect on people. I've ranted enough but thats why I think the game rocks and why it will tough to persuede people to buy it. Also mission making is extremely time consuming. I can spend most of an evening make a mission [of course I just started] and with people's busy lives they just don't have the time maybe to fool with something so detailed. I love this forum and I feel right at home here!
