Special Forces may have radios for every man, but the regular forces do not. And even if every man has a radio, giving position via radio isn't exactly the fastest way to get your team members fire your target.

Excellent Blake, the usual outstanding quality I expected. IMO, the best mission since Rintamajoulu '85. Those Band of Comrades are still too damn hard :-) Any chance getting more desert-maps from you?
-
Apparently you did. For no reason what so ever.

It's unbelievable how so many fools (understatement here) can fit in to a very same squad. kthxbye

And what about this "sniper" rifle m82a1

Nice one Damage :-) Perhaps I can do the textures for ya? I heard that the Windows Paint is pretty cool. -

I mean, wtf. Map starts, some nice cutscenes of a guy taking a leak. Next thing you notice, you and your 3 mates are dead. We managed to run about 10-20 meters in various directions :-) Tried it about 3 times with the same result. I mean, we can't suck that much :-)

That crosshair is included in Satchel's sound-addon, called Dynamic Range Edit: Damn you're fast PitViper :-)

If I'm not completely wrong, the 1.42 patch only rewrites 3 files. The main exe and two about 200k files in the /bin folder. It might also update maps, but that doesn't matter since you'll download the new maps when connecting to server. Can anyone confirm this?

I had problems with CloneCD too. I have Nero installed, but don't actually know if that has any effect on anything. OFP crashes frequently, but that's just normal :-)

"Dynamic Range" OFP Soundreplacement out now!
Rampe replied to Satchel's topic in ADDONS & MODS: COMPLETE
Just love the Soundpack. However, I ran into some problems. When playing Co-op The Beach, the explosions (artillery) couldn't be heard. It was little strange since the whole beach was exploding and it was pretty much quiet. When throwing grenades or launching LAW, there was explosions (kinda low and faint tho. Could be a lot louder). I have SB Live, EAX and HA disabled. Other than that, all sounds worked just fine and are EXTREMELY cool :-) Would be great if you could adjust the volume of sound effects and speech separately... Nice work! -
You pasted the same article three times, just in case? Atleast I think you did, since I managed to read first couple columns before falling asleep.
