Too bad Punkbuster wasnt around when ofp first came out www.evenbalance.com It would of put a total stop to cheating for the players. it checkes everything video drivers etc etc. Hopefully Bis/ofp2 well team up with them before the game goes live.

Ive seen few good anti cheat's out their for games and with more and more cheaters out their now then ever before. Punkbuster puts a almost 100% total stop to this nonsence. these games come out with no anti cheat and after a few weeks of paying customers asking for this stuff then they add it. makes no sence to me... I would love to see Bis to have OFP2 come out with the anti cheat already in place. you can find what punkbuster is all about here www.evenbalance.com its worth a look and i hope you guys team up with them before OFP2 comes out!

hmm ill try this on linux but who knows if it well work cause i know addons that reg 1.91 never load on linux server's unless you open the addon and change the cfg file for a lower ver # well post back to let everyone know it it works

Well their too many fishy things people can do with older ver. I recall before the 1.85 patch you had to be using the Server Ver. to even connect Why they stoped that Im sure alot of us would like to know. But I too hope that Ver.1.92 well make people have to upgrade before connecting to a server running it.

Great addon cant wait for some more East stuff since we have mill's of west addons

well ill admit when im wrong and man am I wrong in the editor the BAS do heal themselfs cough "GAY" I truly hope someone has told them about this. But I must say we haved played with the BAS addon on are server alot and i have never ever seen one heal them selfs before weird. In the editor i run shoot down to hit my toe lol and my guy stops cold and starts to heal himself with no action giving to me for the heal. On MP server the guy doesnt so who knows this one.

Miles Teg i think you are confussed here BAS can not heal themselfs = BUT THEY CAN HEAL FROM A TEAM MATE... Thats not self healing to have someone in a group your in heal you. This addon and the BAS addon Have the SAME ARMOR Look in both BAS and this addon CFG file... my quess BAS Bullets are STRONGER, higher bullet Hit # in their weapon CFG file for them. This addon cfg file for armor              armor=5; armorStructural=2.0; armorHead=0.7; armorBody=5.5; armorHands=0.5; armorLegs=0.5; BAS addon CFG File For their units              armor=5; armorStructural=2.0; armorHead=0.7; armorBody=5.5; armorHands=0.5; armorLegs=0.5;

Thanks Cpt. FrostBite now also i have to say these units have the same armor as the BAS addons looked in the cfg file now maybe the BAS weapons bullets are stronger or this addon bullets are to weak against the BAS who knows but i just had to settle that too lol.

OMG lmao in no way did i say that they should be able to heal themselfs "ai C get shoot and C heals himself = B-S ai C get's shoot and B heals him alittle more real" but make it an option so they can heal from anyone in their group.............. The BAS can not heal themselfs they need a group member to heal them. thats all im talking about someone took what i said and totaly turned it around. If the owner wants a mod of his original addon i redid them so they can heal anyone in their group but they cant heal themselfs. Just to make it even with the BAS addon for MP CTF Etc.

This addon pack needs the GRU spetznaz to be able to heal each other like the BAS then Im pretty sure these would be a perfect match for them. But thats my 2 cents But dont get me wrong these rock.

Something I would love to see is real looking shock wave effects like a Sabat hitting a Hill with a dust cloud-Shock wave of Dust. Or a armor target getting hit and exploding with a shock wave moving out from the fuel and ammo in it. Something like this The Explosion Shock Dust script creates a dust shock wave. by Fishion http://www.ofpec.com/includes/download2.php?id=596 If OFP2 had something like this already added to the game "with better effects" it would really give mission makers something to work like bomber runs etc. And would enhance the playing Fun 500%

lol cause thats an old file i had laying around. are new file checkes that and any addon that we have on the server Cause how hard is it for someone to unpack an addon and redue the config for that. For this reason i have a hard time playing on a server with lots of addons in it. It a known fact that anyone can use a depbo and change the addon config to make that addon a god addon. This is why we try to limit are server to the best of best addons like the BAS addons. Maybe ofp2 well have something to check or help addon makers make their addons cheat proof.
