Pushing a saboted .30 caliber 360 gr tungsten projectile to 4000 feet per second, M903 is capable of penetrating up to 34mm of hard armor at 500 meters range - almost twice that of standard M2 ball ammunition. Mk 211 MOD 0 AP-HEI "Raufoss" Caliber: .50 BMG Projectile Mass: 43.48 g (671 gr) Muzzle Velocity: 887.0 m/sec (2910 fps), @ 23.8 m (78 ft) from muzzle Muzzle Energy: 17,105.0 J (12,616 ft.lbs), @ 23.8 m (78 ft) from muzzle Compatible Weapons : Robar RC50, .50 Barret Description: Developed by the Nordic Ammunition Company in Sweden, this cartridge replaces all incendiary rounds currently in service. Also known as the Multi-Purpose NM140, the round is capable of penetrating 11mm of armor at 1000m and will give approximately 20 effective fragments after hitting 2mm of Dural. It contains both incendiary and high explosive compositions plus a tungsten core for superior penetration and lethality. The ammunition is drop-safe from 15m height and is identified by a green tip. AFAIK these 2 ammo types are normally used for the .50 Barret. there both able to smash the armor of a old tank (T55) or APC(BMP) but not that of a MBT (T72,T80).

    Hi guys. i would like to know how i can get a message that a certain group is out of action. IE: a US mechanized inf squad (called Team Alpha) gets creamed by a T80. i would like to have a text message at the bottom of my screen saying: Alpha team is down!!

  18. you cant edit mission templates. so there is no use in puting them in the first place. Â you know when you go to the multiplayer mission selection screen you could choose to edit an existing mission or edit a template( new mission, new wizard). but this isnt possible anymore normally when you click new wizard you get 3 choses: edit, cancel ,finish. but now there is only cancel and finish... now im a lousy and lazy mission maker (i payed to play not to think too much now my head hurts ) Â and i normally use BISes original missions (both campaign,single player, multiplayer) and alter them to my liking. but now i cant do this anymore can anyone (BIS employers perferred) explain why we cant use the templates anymore ?     another trick: let your platoon kill most enemys at the barricades and pick up some laws from some dead guy. after a while youll see a mass amount of infantry coming right? fire a few law between them i once got 8 kill from one law :cheesy:
  23. just put the new crates in the map. (west addoncrate) you can find it under empty->civilian->ammo->addonweaponcrate(west) it already contains ammo and grenades for the new weapons (inc kozlice) edit: in the action menu it says: Pick-up MM-1 THATS ammo for mm-1 normally it would say : pick-up MM-1 ammo (Edited by Rick Nieuwenhuis at 1:12 am on Nov. 16, 2001)

    HMMVW drivers/passengers can survive the blast from a well-sized landmine. the HMMVW wont be working after that butt youll still be alive...sorta..

    the initial assault is easy but then. the enemy soldiers where knocked out pretty fast by our machine gunners but our armor support was killed by enemy tanks and a few lucky shots killed most of my squad. i borrowed a M60 and managed to kill most remaining infantry, then i picked up some laws and took out all armor. but i didnt noticed the enemy infantry attacking me on my left flank and i got shot from behind by a spetz-nats soldier.
