    Predator Mod

    I'd like to play this mod online where it's a squad of spec ops vs a predator.

    Do I need to buy Queens Gambit?

    Does the normal game and queens gambit have seperate online servers? In which case, has most of the people moved on to the gambit servers? Or can I just ignore gambit and download the 1.14 patch?

    Things I'd like to see

    1. A fully featured mod toolkit released with the game that allows us to easily create our own island, but also the ability to turn the water into never ending dirt for those who don't want an island. 2. Trenchworks, and the ability to make them. 2. Enterable buildings. 3. Buildings that are broken into sequencial pieces and then can be blown apart, piece by piece. Also allowing for explosive charges to blow holes in walls to move from building to building in urban combat. 4. Barbed wire, which can be cut or destroyed by explosives. 5. More physics calculations involved in determine the interaction between vehicles and weapons. World War 2 Online being an example of a game that modeles the thickness of every armor plate around a tank, what type of armor it is, and then calculates whether a given round penetrates based on it's mass, velocity, ammo type, etc. Then things like armor spalling can happen, shrapnel, individual crew members are killed disabling part of the vehicle, components are destroyed but the vehicle remains alive in other ways, etc.

Would it be possible to have fully functional and enterable buildings as part of an urban environment through modding, or would that be impossible to run for the majority of people from a performance standpoint? Or is the reason most buildings can't be entered a gameplay decision to make it easier on the AI, or easier for the player to clear out towns? Also: Would it be possible to have underground tunnel networks?

    Arma has it lost or gained?

    I can speak on behalf of several friends who stopped playing ARMA shortly after it came out on account of the rank system, which serves only as a barrier to fun for someone who has an idea of how they want to play but doesn't want to grind out points for days in order to reach that level, only to have it reset when the map finishes.
  7. I don't know where to start, could someone point me in the right direction as to where I can find out about sculpting my own terrain, applying my own textures, etc?
  8. For me they are not an encouragement to play more, but a discouragement. Why should I have to grind for days on one server trying to get up enough points to do the stuff I really find fun, like flying planes and helicopters? Then I change servers, or the server resets, and I've got to do all that over again? This makes no sense. Please, get rid of it.
  9. Can't find it anywhere, and I don't want to have to buy the gold addition for $50 just to get it when I already have the game. Another question: What's the difference between ARMA: Armed Assault and ARMA: Combat Operations? Is it just the name and version difference?
