Ok, I was able to do some jobs on the Tornados wich needed some time in my holidays. But I'm not able to release it tomorow. Final release will still take much more time, but I hope I can do a pre-release soon. So it is possible to correct not seen bugs on the final release. cya

I think (not know) that it is not possible to import ArmA islands to ofp because the land "model" is much more detailed. Sorry for going offtopic: @Franze: Do you still work on your great raptor?

But I think it would not be so hard to place an ArmA addon into ofp. Just some config tweaks and MAYBE some model changes.

Need Help With These Few Things!

For transparent parts of a texture, you have to create an alpha-channel. You can use Photoshop or something similar. Normaly you have the following channels: red, blue, green. There you have to create a new one, called alpha. There you can work only with black and white or a mix of that (grey). The parts of the texture where the alpha channel is black would not be shown (100% transparent). The part of the picture where the alpha channel is white would be total shown (0% transparent). And you can use grey (semi-transparent). More darker grey means more transparent. -
pbo: is an archive (like zip or rar) where all the textures, models, configs, scripts of an addon are in. sqm: is the file, where all informations of a mission are in ogg: soundformat wss: soundformat paa / pac : textures p3d: model csv: stringtable (for the different languages) sqs: script sqf: script (different language of programming) ext: ... cpp: config file of an addon (c++) (cfg means config -> config.cqq) sav: savegame? You can find programs to open and save the most of this formats on the newssites or Bohemia Interactive Studio homepage. It's not a silly question if you don't know.

To remove the oxy-mask, camelbag etc. it would be easier to use hiddenselections. To make ODOL to MLOD you can use ODOL Explorer. But after that there are many bugs in the model to correct. -
I know this side for a very long time now. You know, I play that game since nearly 6 years now. But I can't find it there. The side I've seen it on is closed since a very long time.

It's already used in Y2K3. If I remember right, it was available as single addon long time ago. But I can't find it.

Sorry, no progress atm because of real live stuff. You can look at my homepage (see my signature) to see when the work goes on. I hope I can return to work as soon as possible. Eurofighter is not planed. But there is a very good from Hardrock.

Now I have sighted the following pilots: Vectorbosons Pilot (from LoBo2) Rezins Pilot FischKopps Pilot (from FFUR) Every pilot looks good. But I think I have to make a new one from all this three. FischKopps Pilots have the best suit. Vectorbosons Pilot has the best oxy mask for Tornado helmets and Rezins japan Pilot has the best helm for the Tornado (with a little change). It will not be so much work, but I don't know if I can get every permission to change. Going to try it. Edit: Here's the pilot that maybe going to be the tornado pilot: Pic 1 Pic 2

Now the saudi arabian pilot is finished. Has needed some more time because I was searching for the solution of a problem with headgear was visible in vehicles. Was an old, knowen solution but was hide deep in my head. Pilot 1 Pilot 2 At the moment I try to implement the "sound barrier brake effect" from the F/A-18 from Hudson & PennyWise. Hope this will work. Edit: sound barrier brake effect doesn't work. Resulting of my unknowlegde of scripting. Is there anybody out there who can help me on that? Edit2: It works now. Tried it again. Yes, this is good! But for some cases the solution is not in there. Try to make a selection named "mireni" and put in all of the head (with head itself). It solved the problem with the seeable headgear on my saudi arabian pilots. No need to set this in selection part of cfgmodels!!! -

there was something.... if I remember right it's a missing selection entry in cfgmodels and/or the selections of the model. But I don't know how to fix this. -
