Hey there, I'm experiencing problems when taking off the carrier, when I place an A10 on the deck it "wobbles" down the runway, its as if its submerged in the flooring! Does anyone know how to correct this? Â EDIT: I think I have pinpointed what is exactly happening - basicly if you start in the A10 on the deck at the beginning of the mission, the plane's Gears will be up, causing it to bounce about. However, if you place an empty A10, its Gears will be down. Therefore you get into the plane and can fly it. Is there anyway to fix this so I can actually start in the plane at the beginning of the mission? I was thinking something along the lines of a "doaction" which makes the planes gears go down, however I'm not sure how to do it. Thanks, Plastic_boy -
Ok, i'm glad thats cleared up Another thing I noticed last night was the "M4 Customised Marksman" used by a unit has some real trouble trying to shoot people! I had the unit on the highest skill setting, firing at a mounted machine gun on top of a building - he kept constantly shooting just to the left of the ruskie. Just thought you'd like to know if its gone unnoticed

Hey there, I was wondering if there was a particular line in the config.cpp file which indicates whether a weapon is "silent" (SD) or not? If so, what do I put? Thanks, Plastic_boy

I watched the film today and felt the need to download the TOTS BETA version, what can I say, these units are absoultely amazing! Keep up the good work, SJB! Just one quick note; I was using the SD versions of the weapons and they don't actually appear to be "silent". Is this supposed to happen? When I fire with the original HK MP5 SD at an unsuspecting ruskie from behind, the surrounding patrols don't "hear". However, when I use the TOTS SD weapons, the patrols react as if it was a "loud" weapon. I know its at BETA stage but I thought you'd like to know

Hey there, I've been having a particular problem recently with planes in the mission editor - each time I "preview" with an a10, LGB or any other fixed-wing aircraft in the mission, I keep getting this particular error: "Cannot load object data3d\snake.p3d" Anyone got any ideas? Thanks, Plastic_boy

Hey, any cool updates coming our way about the Yomies? Also, can anyone upload the pack to a website? So far I've had considerable trouble trying to download from other mirrors (can't find the file) or the author's website, where the majority of the Yomie files are corrupted once downloaded. Ok thanks guys Well I tried the new version of Win RAR but its still corrupt so it looks like I'll redownload it with Get Right instead of GoZilla! My 56k is gonna be working overboard tonight! -
Hi there! I've got one problem when unraring BAS' tonal island, it keeps saying when I extract BAS_O.pbo that it is "corrupt" Has this happened to anyone else? And do I have to redownload the whole friggin' file?

The best OFP moment I experienced was in the early days when Winter Kolgujev had just come out. Me and my friend downloaded the map with the snow infantry and decided to have a little one on one via LAN We both chose sniper - I started at the northern part of a forest, him at the south. For the next 15 minutes it was complete silence from the two of us. All you could hear was the crunching snow and the background tundra noise. It was getting really tense towards 13 minutes, it seemed like i'd been scanning the area for hours - cautiously moving from cover to cover..... I suddenly remembered I hadn't looked left or right since I'd started - i'd focused all my efforts straight ahead! I slowly turned to the left..... OMG! There he was! He was lying down right next to me!!! Looking in the same area I had originally done!!!!! With the sudden shock and suprise I laughed out load - he then turned to face me! We both started firing at each other without using the scope, missing each time! *heart pounding* We then fumbled with the scopes and after what seemed like minutes I finally brought my scope to bear on his head! BANG! BANG! After a lot of laughing and shouting I went out for a cigarette. It was then I noticed my hands were shaking!

Wow, thats a lot of different terrain then Will the buildings vary on what climate you are in? Like small huts (like SEB Ia Drang) in the Jungle area and sand blasted buildings in the Desert? -
