I don't know about the Sovjet addon, but I know the Japanese pack requires Wermacht pack from the same mod (Allied in Arms).

The security cameras were rolling, but they didn't record it on tape. Great. I never thought that she would ever be attacked. We don't know yet if it was political connected at all, but I think so.
