That`s the reason why I came in this english spoken forum {my english is poor, as you`ve surely seen at all} and did my 1st post here trying to explain to Peanuckle {i didn`t know he`s such a *****...} the main difference between us and our great russian friends... I JUST WANTED TO HELP YOU!!! And don`t say you knew all I wrote about... So, the photo added to one of the previous posts could be czechoslovak MiG. There were 22 MiG-29s {various versions} in Czechoslovakia and after 1989 {Czechoslovakia => Czech Rep. and Slovak Rep.} given 1:1 to both new armys. Czech insignias are the same as Czechoslovak, just the tail markings are other. I can get better details if needed. But the fact is this schema were very nice and I understand why are you making it. The Slovaks had to repaint their 11 MiGs, they`re very nice too. Especially the ones from Tiger sqad. The other reason why I speak about slovak MiGs too much is, there was an accident in November 6th 2002, two MiGs crashed, one of the pilots died there. Well, again, I didn`t say: 'hey, you, make MY SLOVAK MiG or I`ll come and I will kill your cat.", or did I?

That`s history... All the czech MiG-29`s were sold to Poland, or given for exchange (some choppers or what...) But that big thing on those pic is not a chicken, or.......... no, sure it isn`t. The markings could be Czechoslovak as well. :o)) Edited: I`m sure now, they were all (11 pieces) exchanged for 11 polish W-3A Sokol choppers. VERY bad trade, but this was in 1993, after the revolution, and the Czechs wanted to show, they like no soviet technics anymore, but only the great NATO planes (they wanted to buy some Grippens, but this became too expensive after the flood last summer, so they`ll buy some old and crappy F16 or F14 from Americans... ) Sorry for my english, who finds some errors, they are all yours LooL

It`is the same difference like between U.S.A and Mexico, just two VERY different countries... Czech Republic`s Air Force doesn`t have any MiG-29s at all. But if you want, you can do some slovak paint schemes. There are still some MiG-29 SM/SMT/UBT vesions flying, as far I know.
