The fact that America wont co-operate with the court makes it look like they have something to hide. We are talking about a court and frivolous or groundless claims against anyone will be thrown out, American, Belgian Russian or Turk will have to have a case proven against them.

I think a more inteligent look at nuclear power is needed if we are to have a viable alternative to fossil fuels. Remember electric cars run from co2 producing powerstations will do just as much damage as conventional automobiles.
