WOW This looks incredible, a huge leap from your last releas Nice job
-
Hmmm...well What I did was use unPBO and place the star.p3d right into the created fold. Â After that I then dePBO'ed it and use lleuma's HiSky installer to make it work in a mod folder...well the lleuma folder that is. So I should try and grab the StrelaXXX.p3d from the reg DTA/HWTL folder and place in the compiling folder? Thank you -PJ
-
Heh nice job on the completion! Hmmm when did Martin releas those? I smell Kiowa
-
Got the stars and moons working but... Ahh...running into the same problem with the Strela I get a message saying its a bad p3d file or something. Any way to solve? Thanks -PJ

Awsome job!!! But... It also seems to be more armord than the BIS one... It takes two 7.62 shots to get noticable damage on the BIS one, while 16 Â or so with the ones in this pack Any body encountering the same thing? Also I kind of prefer the BIS HMMWV skin (darker and all) alhtough I don't know how realistic BIS camo is compare to this one. Nice job!

hhhmm I think I remember seeing one at http://members.cox.net/johnnylump/OFPLinks.html Just go down by to the fixed wing US area... Made by Zack and Soldierben

The chain of command tomahawk pack v. 1.0
pajama replied to dinger's topic in ADDONS & MODS: COMPLETE
Woohoo!!! Pure goodness!!! Always enjoy Chain of Command addons good job! -
To tell you the truth the first Medal of Honor game (PS1) was partly headed/sponserd by DreamWorks (Saving Private Ryan) and as i've heard Mr. Spielberg was somewhat involved in it. Heh its actually one of the first games to ever have enemies throw granades back at you

I am totaly awe at what the game well feature!!! Considering diffrent features and its niche for realism, I can't wait till the game comes out, although it well most likely not to features any vehicle, I'm not really worried. Hey by judgejing from some screens looks like the game won't have an ammo count currently in the gun, but instead well only show you how much you have left in reserve. But ofcourse to avoide any pillaging, it probably well be the next best thing AFTER OFP1 till OFP2 comes out

Woohoo!!! I finally finish the Corsiars cockpit after 6 days I think it looks pretty nice for a first timer if I may add I'll post a pic as soon as I can get a hold of my friends 5 megapixel camera ...its either that or my camera phone Also recently I got a hold of this huge @$$ book called "The Great Book of WWII Airplanes" ...it measures about 13x10 in. It covers 12 planes in depth with each section covering about 50 pages with great illustrations from Rikyu Watanabe (Includes cockpits, photos, almost just about every angle of a plane etc. - every page is color and includes some folded long pics) You won't belive how cheap I got it for...considering what the MSRP is...lets just say I got it 99% off. I also have another very similer book which I got a while back called "The Great Book of Modern Warplanes" (14x10 in. -All Fighters - except B-1B)) which also covers in depth 10 planes from A-10s to the F-14s with about 60 pages each. Â I have to say my fav. section is the F-4 Phantom II I'm really sorry for showing off But if any of you need help with spec.s or anything just give me a chatter -PJ PS: Nice job on the Bradly Viper...you just need to weater it

Wow talk about wear and tear on the Corsair! I really like the F16

Blah...went to HobbyTown USA yesterday (My B-Day) and bought some a bottle of Tamiya's XF-3 Flat Yellow, XF-5 Flat green, X-Acto knife, Tester's cement & clear cement, and finally a Testor's "Military Aircraft Spray Set", along with that a bottle of Tester's Flat Sea Blue (Because they did'nt have any Tamiya Navy Blue Aircraft Spray cans on hand). Some other colors I already have on hand. The Aircraft Spray Set is kind of odd and comes with the following: Cap Sprayer Ozone Safe Airbrush Propellant 5 bottles of 1/4 FL oz paints (Gunship-Gray, Dark Ghost Gray, Light Ghost Gray, Neutral Gray, Olive Drab) 1 bottle of 1/2 FL oz Flat Black Mixing Bottle 28 mm Clip Cap Dip Tube Cleaning Wire Paint Brush One of you better hurry up and tell me if any of these are crap so I can return em before I open em!!! Oh btw...when applying a primer layer of paint...dose it really matter what type of paint you use? And what color do you recommend for the Sea Blue Corsair? Recommendations? Thanks, -PJ

Blah...use to play DoD since beta 1...heh still remember the G43 sniper and the old old Omaha map Good times

blah..after checking ebay for Freespace 2...I found out that many copies were going for over $70

Thanks for asking Tigershark and thanks for the link Soul_Assassin...the Brit IFV tutorial inspired me to maybe buy some cheap Tamiya M2A2 Bradly Although I hav'nt recieved my model yet...I have read up on many resources and tutoriails on diffrent things and feel somewhat confident on doing my model...ofcourse I do have some questions... I read throught many articles and i can'nt seem to figure out what a "thinner" dose to paint and such Also decals...what is a good 3rd party brand? It seems like Aero Master has some pretty nice ones... One last thing on paint. Well I likely be able to get good quility paints for models, lets say arts and craft stores like Michaels,etc...if not what brand do you have the best expeirence with Enamel? I ask this because their of a heck lot cheaper then the "specialize" ones (Hmm just remembered from the GOTF interview that you live in Japan ...but their are probably similer stores their) Michaels Paint Thanks, -PJ

Well theres Independance War 1 and 2 ...which are both great... and ofcourse the "Holy Grail" of all space sims...Tie Fighter Independance War 1 & 2 might be very hard to fine btw...although I saw a copy of IWar 2 at Circuit City for only $4.99 (Box)...I have to really ask myself why I did'nt buy it   Its kind of sad...my Sidewinder Force Feedback 2 is just collecting dust

one word...Freddie Prinze Jr oh wait...thats, 2 er 3 words

Wohoo!!! Just won a bid at ebay on a 1/48 Tamiya F4U-1D Corsair for $14, brand new ...with shipping its $20.50. Great...now I got to look for paint and crap Â
-
Oh I ment 1/48 for the planes, not the armors and figures...
-
...Hhhmm now that I look at it...1/72 is very small I think i'll go for the 1/48 mid range which is not so bad of a size and price wise also BTW any thoughts on buying kits on Ebay? Don'nt you just hate it when some of them live in Asia and charge $8 for sea (1-2 months) shipping and $12 for air

If you want a pretty new-ish one try Rise of Nations...its some what like Age of Empires but spands 8 ages and includes 18 historical nations, (each with its own special abilities) 220 diffrent units (500 variations) the game also incorparates something new to RTS, border zones...its more fun then you think Part of the sp is very similer to the Total War games where its like Risk until the fighting starts ...also it has a pinch of turn based strategy games since its from the lead designer of Civilization II, Brian Reynolds Nations include: Aztecs, Bantu, British, Chinese, Egyptians, French, Germans, Greeks, Inca, Japanese, Koreans, Maya, Mongols, Nubians, Romans, Russians, Spanish, and Turks (An expansion is in the works which well add Americans(?), Lakota, Iroquois, Persians, India, and Dutch. The expansion well also add a Government feature) Official Site Reviews Other RTS games I recommend: C&C Red Alert 1, Shogun: Total War ...can't wait for Rome Have fun, -PJ

Nice work on the F4 Corsair Tigershark (Like the black scheme better then the blue) and it was very nice of you Viper giving your dad the tank, think he loves it...but too bad he can't take it out for a spin though Dang, I check out the prices on Tamiya 1/32 scale planes on Squadron.com and many were $100 and over!!! Â Thats insane ...any of you recomend an easy aircraft model for beginers? Â Dose not matter if its prop or jet as long as its around $20 or under Though painting the thing won't be much of a problem since i'm pretty skilled with airbrushing Any ways thanks againe...

I have BO...I really suck at the game, the only mission I ever really beat was the tutorial
