I just got round it now by using my CD-RW to copy the file, and becuase the CD-RW has a more sensitive beam it seems to be able to copy it.

I am having the same problem, but from experiance I noticed that O.pbo will only copy (even when done manually) on a CD Rom drive running at around 15-30x for some reason but I dont have a CD-Rom drive that runs at that speed anymore, only a 52x speed one. And I am experiancing the same problems. My PC does have a Via chipset too, but, I have had this sort of problem with even a non-via motherboard chipset aswell. I originally got round this by using a slower CD drive (which I dont have now ><) and copying the Resistance folder to the hard drive and installing it from there used to work. it only stops on 1 file, and that is O.pbo, always that file, it started about 2 months after I got Resistance and I bought it when it around the time when it first came out in the UK stores. Help would be greatly appreciated since I can't install resistance now when I had to do a fresh install of OFP (becuase I put too many addons on e.t.c.).

I am having problems with setting up an Operation Flashpoint Dedicated server.  I have got it all working just as I want it but my only problem is that I connect to the internet through a network and my PC is running the dedicated server on the network only and not on the internet, this is very annoying since if I cant host using this network Im pretty well had it in having other people enjoy my MP missions on the net. This is mainly so people can enjoy Multiplaying online and wont be up all the time   but I have tried vertually everything including disabling the firewall on my PC.  This network is really getting me worked up.  Someone please help with any info on how to get round this problem ASAP!
