  1. Honestly, things that really do need improvement, are : - the voices and the sounds in general in the game. Voices on the radio are way too loud. Trying to change this in the options has clearly NO EFFECT. Especially obvious in the first missions of the campaign, like during the "powerpoint briefing" on the ship, or anywhere. Way too loud and the settings don't respond correctly. - graphics optimization : a lot of work need to be done on this. How come you loose so many FPS when moving your eyes from sky or low vegetation areas to simply building and/or fights views ? ArmA1 was running smoother than this.

    First post transferred from old forum and updated to give more specs about the mission. Quote from old forum last post : I told you 5 meters max by memory. I just checked with the editor, and actually, the trigger is set on "hostage has to be within 8 meters from the ammocrate", which is pretty much what is expected by what is said in the readme : "at base" means near the flag. I haven't tried to stop the mission and continue it later, since it was mainly designed for multiplayer coop of small groups of players. I guess that the problem you are encountering may be due to this : stop and save, then continue another day. Since I haven't experienced this with my team mates during my tests. Sorry to tell you that I'm not sufficiently expert in editing to track down the single player (discontinued mission) issue you are experiencing. However, it works fine if you do it entirely, alone or with other players. Enjoy. :)

  6. Could someone clearly explain to me how this script does remove the dead units only, like it was asked in the first post ? I don't get it. Otherwise, could someone explain to me how to selectively remove the dead bodies of dead units of a defined team ? Thanks a lot.

    I just hope that you haven't added these dynamic voices in your new version 1.17. I personally really hate those. Otherwise, I think this is the best sound mod to date.

I can humbly recommend the mission I have made and called Impossible Rescue : http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=1721 Addons required : * "SCUD - Nuclear Explosion" by Gigan (http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=1459) Â Â * "Beriev Be-32" by Red Cottage (http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=858) It is design for a small group of players (max 8), immersive, designed with realism in mind, that is : - shooting accuracy is higher for russian Spec. Forces than russian simple soldiers. - shooting accuracy of all IA has been set from 50 to 70 % max. - all ennemy event triggers are set on "detect" and not "presence of" west like we often find in most user missions. - the enemy forces in presence are real : not tons of troops and BMPs and tanks.... - most patrols are randomized. - the towns of the missions do have a civilian population, living its own life.....;) The feedback topic is there : http://www.flashpoint1985.com/cgi-bin....t=66026 Just to mention : - there is no fancy Intro, music, and all, mostly because I have spent too much time on the mission itself (it was my first time with the mission editor). - there is a third and very last objective hidden which is my favorite part of the mission, that is not mentioned in the briefing or elsewhere.... For more FPS check: PROPER Plants PROPER SgtAceIslandSetting PROPER Shaders Removed by Lowplants For better FPS, check also and more importantly this : - PROPER Plants standard textures with lowplants. I clearly see that with this new patch 1.15, the game shows less VRAM consumption and more smooth game even in North of Sahrani. With 1440x900 and details to high everywhere. Tested on my Macbook Pro Santa Rosa 2.4GHz, 2Go RAM,NVIDIA 8600GT 512M with EvolutionBlue2. Thanks for the support BIS provides to its products!

  15. Yes, use liking it. excellent Will do some work on animations and stuff, but atleast its working now Before it was just a sub without any purpose.. soon it will be great for insertions and nukes Nice one !
