Hmmm, odd that it only occurs with add-on missions..... Tried running both the TrackIR, and gaming application as an admin (right click on the exe for each, and select run as admin)? Looked at updating the video card drivers (ver 197.45)? Any other applications running in the background?

What OS are you using? Video card/video card drivers? Does this occur with standard missions? Are you running the IR software minimized? What version of the IR software are you using?

Under Options -> Controls -> Controller, try disabling, and reenabling the TrackIR

That iss ue was resolved with the release of the Final b software.

Try running both the TrackIR software, and ArmA2, as an admin (right click on the exe for each, and select run as admin). I've seen that prevent the hotkeys from recentering properly

Does it seem to be tracking properly in the TrackIR software? Just the 3 green objects in the camera view? Nothing within ArmA 2 mapped to the F12 key? What OS are you using?

Yea, you would just need the standard TrackIR package, which comes with the Track Clip (hat use), not the TrackIR 5 Pro package which also comes with the TrackClip Pro for the headset.

As long as the multiscreen set is seen as one big desktop, the TrackIR doesn't care how big it is.

What video card drivers/hardware are you using? Do you have the software minimized, before starting ArmA?

We are looking to add TrackIR 3 (w/ vector) support to the TrackIR 5.1 software, when it is released.

What version of Windows are you running? Double checked that the TrackIR is enabled in ArmA?

Do you see ArmA 2 in the games list? What version of Windows are you using?

Any stray IR light behind you?

Is the green LED, on the right side of the TrackIR 5 coming on? Double check that the TrackIR is still enabled in the controller settings (try disabling, and reenabling)

Generally it will work either in admin mode, or not, as long as both applications are running at the same permission level.

TrackIR still enabled inthe controller settings? What OS are you using? Made any changes to the system, since it was working?

Unfortunately the last supported version of the TrackIR software, which has support for the TrackIR 2, was version 3.13 which hasn't been in active development since December of 2004

On the NaturalPoint ArmA 2 games page, it lists how to enable TrackIR support for the TrackIR 4, and TrackIR 5 software (with ArmA 2). Unfortunately this leaves out support for the TRackIR 1/2 hardware, as the TrackIR 4/5 software only supports the TrackIR 3/4/5 cameras.

FYI - Microsoft SimConnect was developed for use within FSX, and several later sim applications which were to be based on the FSX engine, released by Aces studios which no longer exists. The TrackIR software is free to download from the NaturalPoint website.
