Well after playing this game for about a month my sister went and signed up for boot camp about 2 weeks ago. Maybe it was boredom rather then OFP but who knows?

Using SB Audigy / 4-way digital speakers w/subwoofer with EAX and HW accel on and I dont hear any hiss. Only thing I didnt like was the M16 sound. Seems to have a bit much of bass for my taste. Couldnt even hear myself get shot while in a fire fight.

I had ordered them about a month ago when I first heard about em and they are great. Takes a little while to get adjusted to the new view and still have a hard time using a sniper gun after all this time. Other then that they work wonderful.

The ULOTC campaign is a decent one with like 30+ missions. The only thing is the guy couldnt figure out how to make em all blend together into a single campaign and alas they list under the single player maps.

Well this might not be the best way to get it done but it worked for me. Tossed everyone in the tank while I was still in the driver seat and basicly ran over anything that got in the way. Had gone through this base that was on my path and ended up with 3 or so tanks + choppers chasing me to where Sergie was being held. Then I had Sergie jump into the empty shilka and blast those annoying choppers out the sky. Then kicked out the gunner for the tank I was driving and loaded Sergie up and made a mad dash to the evac spot

Getting your @ss beat for something you did wrong is perfectly fine by me, because I was rasied like that. After getting spanked as a kid for the trouble that I caused was a hard lesson to learn and one that wasnt repeated. My kids are rasied the same way and im sure they think twice before talking back or causing trouble. You can say what you want about beating a child but when I collate my kids to my Uncles (he only yells at em) their f*cking brats

I did somewhat the same thing Captain Fluffy mentioned. Except I took along 2 Laws and 2 ectra clips of ammo. Went north from starting position and around the fence, then snuck up to the NE side of the base and went prone in a bush. Fired a LAW at the wall so I would have easy access to the crew around the Hinds. After they went down the Shilka comes near and BOOM there goes the 2nd LAW. Next I spend a few killing anything that moves then run for the bird. After that its like shooting fish in a barrel.

Well your sis can pre-order the game for $15 at ebgames.com. Its supposed to ship out on the 4th.

Well looks like Ebgames.com pushed it back a week. Its not being shipped out till the 4th. Too bad for I was really looking forward to playing it this week.

Far as the US goes itll be out Nov 27 for $15 at ebgames.com
