They're also saying that this is not in relation to Baldur's Gate 2 becoming available on Steam. It's being developed by Beamdog which was co-founded by an ex Bioware developer who worked on Baldur's Gate and Neverwinter Nights. Official announcement to follow soon.

First off congrats on the release, it's absolutely fantastic. :notworthy: It caused me to regress a little when playing, I actually stopped moving to reload my weapon a few times. The new UI is excellent, you just need to replace the other menus with the laptop now :p However the single player mission 'Battlefields' still doesn't show as completed in the menu even though I've completed it twice. Oh and the sights view for uh-60 door gunner is obscured by part of the gun and is unusable in that view.

I agree. I would prefer red dead, but I am happy with this. Another game to kill time before Arma 3 is released. :D And unless the box art is just a place holder, there's no GFWL on it. Reading comments on various sites seems people don't think it will be, but without an official announcement that kinda means bugger all.

LA Noire coming to PC this Fall Interesting. I think I'll wait till just after release to decide on when to buy this. I almost certainly will I just want to see what state it's in upon release first. And hopefully no GFWL this time, that was such a pain in the ass with GTA 4.

Just so you know: Physical Warfare Pack available to all Battlefield 3 players later this year I think this whole pre-order thing has been blown out of proportion. Maybe I'm uninformed but I just don't see the issue here. Surely it's in a companies interest to increase the number of pre-orders. I'll almost certainly be getting this, I for one really enjoy the battlefield multiplayer as something different from Arma.

Yeah, but if those things were included earlier we wouldn't have them to look forward to now, would we. :D It would be just like COD, what progress is made.... better graphics..?

Not that I want to keep focusing on this here, but What did I miss? I thought it was looking pretty good. And yes it's nice to see another developer still releasing mod tools.

I really can't see it being possible to change scopes without having them in your inventory, that's just not the way BIS does things. It will be cool for going in close quarters with a scope with no secondary sight and being able to remove it, even if that's not realistic (I don't know).

Yeah I'm still watching too, he seems a cool guy. I'd love to do that job too, but with a lunch break, poor guy must be starving.

Don't know if anyone read the comments under the live feed but people seem pretty impressed with the whole BIS segment. A good sign for sure.

Yeah, I think she was just playing it safe. But this made me LOL Immediately dismissive of her claim :D we know more than her.
