I think, that this is already possible in OPF. Just do, what you want to do and that's all. It would be proper to extend medic role or some kind of ammo bearers, also mortar or artillery teams...

I agree with you, but that's another aspect of this atmosphere and I like it a lot too. Yes, it is fake in GAME and I want NOT fake Besides, these games are just an example and that's it. If you don't like them, then watch Saving Private Ryan, that's what i'm talking about. I think that's, maybe, more related to Game 2...

I just thought a little and came up with this conclusion: IMHO there is no real war atmosphere (tension or immersion) in OPF and I think, that same will be in ArmA. There is no screaming, yelling, no (real) wounded soldiers, no chaos in unpredictable situations, no real blood, no dust, dirt... I'm not a soldier, so my conclusion is based solely on movies that I liked (for example Black Hawk Down). I know, that it is not possible to implement all the stuff in game, but some great effects are, for example, in Call of Duty, Medal of Honor (and such games... remember landing on Omaha Beach ) and also genious dynamic voice system in ECP mod! For now I can't really realize, by current screenshots and videos, what will change in ArmA, but I hope it will be better in this aspect.

It would be better to make your custom formation in game with some kind of mini-menu and maybe ability to save them to "quick slots" Just draw what you want.

I have never posted in this thread, so I will write my wish I want hierarchical military command structure. For example, you are able to lead a platoon of 3 squads. Like CoC CE. One thing that is missing in this great addon - you can't create new squads. You should be able to create new platoons/squads, regroup/reassign soldiers. Total control of this hierarchical structure. It would easily solve the limitation of 11 soldiers in your squad and it would be awsome in CTI.

Starforce = bad. Everything is crackable, it just may take more time. If someone want to support good developer, if someone like the game, he will surely buy licenced game.
