I can tell you, that this game is really nothing special... maybe it is worth to see it yourself, but it is not very open-ended, nothing compared to Armed Assault really. You have straight linear plot and enclosed space, which you can't pass. AI is also nothing special. Promised "dynamic world" is so simple and it is very primitive in such enclosed space. All events and anomalies happen under you very nose and you don't have to even search for something, you will absolutely see everything, that you should see. Only one thing, that is really made great is the whole atmosphere. Surrounding (textures), static objects are great, it is really something, that is maybe close to reality. Nothing more to say. If you want to see it, then buy it, but nothing groundbreaking or special. I think, that one word can explain this - outdated.

I think, that is should be easy to solve those things like throwing few grenades at T72 and it explodes or N rounds from M249 at M1A1 and it will also explode. They just need to add some parameters, which define what ammunition type don't penetrate vehicle armor and that's it. No need to add some high armor values to 1000000, just set "invincible mode" against certain types.

I also agree on that. That strange randomness is present and also the bullet is not hitting where you aim. You always need to do a slight adjust left/right/top/down.

Massive... I think, that would be unplayable for me, as I have (with Radeon X1900XTX) 15 fps at the starting screen at Rahmadi.

Everything is working here. You need to write number of the player on the server, but not his CDKEY>ID.

I hope that deathMessages and netStats are for turning "Player was killed..." crappy messages and crappy stats, when you press 'I'. That would be brilliant, because you wouldn't have to edit config in bin.pbo and delete strings in stringtable.csv for turning this stuff off. But I've just tried it on dedicated server and saw no changes.

I can confirm, that they pick up ammunition themselves. Played some missions and saw that few times. But they picked up from dead bodies... -
I can confirm, that VOIP doesn't work. We've tried to use it on dedicated server. I've even checked, that disableVOIP = 0; in config.

I tried reassign in 1.05, but when I saw same symptom of this problem (when you have same people in different role slots), I came up with the conclusion, that this problem is still there. That's why I've created this topic.

Currently I'm using 1.05, but I just automatically write #missions, because in 1.01 and 1.02 I had this weird problems with restarting or reassigning mission.

I can definately say, that lack of 3D sights for GLs - is a major unsolved problem since OFP. I think BIS should add that in their new future additions list. Very hard to aim with crosshair turned off, same for grenades... or maybe an ability to turn on crosshair only when you switch to grenade throwing and GL.

IMHO Game2 is a unique name If this game will be unique, then its name should be too.

This is one of the most expected features by me. It's just not right, that you have only one level of command. The solution to this problem is relatively simple. It should be like C++ inheritance with classes. Every unit class should have parent (only one or even multiple if possible to implement) and array of child for reference to all child unit classes. I can't say, that it is easy to implement it and take into account all "ifs" which can arise during this process, but it IS possible. It should be in the core of the game, not as additional modification. You should be able to launch editor, place some units and just draw group connections! That's all!
