Already mentioned by someone and as stated in the aan news post, I don't believe that those numbers are pointing to some location but instead including a specific date.

I guess it's the plant. As shown here http://data.gbif.org/species/16226867 its only present on islands in the aegean sea. That's a direct connection to greece.
