Unfortunately, ArmA’s game engine doesn’t allow for ground taxing of helicopters. They take damage if you push them around. Pushback for planes is easy and will be applied to relevant aircraft. E.g. Hercules, A400M, Tornado etc i.e. aircraft that have this feature in the real world will have it. Other aircraft like the Harriers, Typhoon and F-35 can turn around in a hanger if you careful. As for anything else Mando’s scripts might help you out. Didn't DKMM's Mi-28 (for OFP) have a sort of 'ground mode' where you could taxi it? As far as I can remember it seemed to switch the static model out through some action menu commands. Apologies for rambling and my undoubtedly poor memory!

Firstly I have to say, both the pumper and the aerial look fantastic. Personally, I wish you would release both in their current states into OFP. People are forever demanding more realism in game and without knowing precisely how an aerial platform works, it sounds like you have it very close to real life. Plus this community often gets stuck into new/revolutionary features and irons out bugs pretty quick. Lastly, forget about MP compatibility, most community members would be delighted just to be able to play fireman in SP! Keep up the good work! -

It's a BV-202 but the script to tow the trailer on the BV-206 will be exactly the same. Try asking RockofSL who has/did the Falklands script, he tends to be a goldmine of information! Footmunch made the BV-202 and scripted it as far as I know. I had nothing to do with it. UNN may have tweaked it but I think the credit is all Footy’s Apologies to footmunch.

Try the Falklands mod, they had a pretty good working script for their BV-202. Good luck with the work.

probably will have to figure out how to animate a trailing drogue, but i suppose the scripting would be similar The first couple of C-130 releases by Hawk had a retractable drogue, the KC-130 in the Malvinas mod still has this feature. It's probably worth you looking into this

I think the Warrior from PUKF had a system like this with a debus option in the action menu where the loaded troops would exit and take up a wedge formation on each side of the vehicle. Might be worth speaking to them or I may have just made that all up, memory like a sieve atm!

The 251 archive still doesn't contain a pbo and there isn't any point in me trying to compile it as I don't have access to ofp at this time. Maybe someone else could?
