Excuse me, Mr. Paratrooper, First of all, Switzerland doesn't have any "homeys." I've been to Switzerland before, and it is a very homogenious and friendly population. I live about six miles south of Atlanta, and it is a multi-culty garbage dump. I don't want G-Money Dumbass carrying around assault rifles and HAND-GRENADES! Just go in any local pawn shop around here and check out all the "Dope men" checking out the handguns. Switzerland is an excellent country, but the U.S. will never be as nice, and a discussion about gun control should not include both countries.

Man I used to have so many guns that you could trip over them in my home. It is no big deal to me. There are more guns in Texas than there are people, from what I've heard. It will be a very, very long time before guns are ever outlawed in the U.S.

The game reloads extremely fast. If you want the game to be even more realistic, have it so that you can't see how many more bullets are left in your magazine (assuming you don't have clear plastic mags). In addition, you absolutely MUST stop to reload a weapon like most machine guns. And what about malfunctions? 1 out of every 100 rounds (depending on the weapons system) should be a malfunction, and fixing that takes at least as long as the game currently takes to reload. From my training experience, squad level firefights are often extremely clumsy, and people that get shot almost never see the person that shoots them. People trip over stuff, fall down, drop magazines, bla, bla. Everyone is always trying to be more effecient and streamlined, but that's because nothing ever is. Everyone seems to think that whatever is happening right in front of them is the most important thing going on. And after the experience, everyone has their own personal account of what happened. Quit complaining that "I can't move while I reload." I like certain limitations, and I'd like to see my guys sometimes tell me to "F*ck off," when I tell them to do something stupid.

We used tape and parachute cord on our magazines, which helped pull out the magazines more quickly. But I was in an Opfor unit, and whenever I shot someone, I would trade one of my empty magazines for one of their full ones. That meant that my new magazines had no tape or cord. Also, when I was in a big hurry, I would just throw my empty magazines into my t-shirt (Assuming my belt was tight). Later, I'd sort things out.

I'm going to wait for G.I. Combat. The guys that did Close Combat worked on that one, although some of the previews don't look too good.

IMO, it isn't easy to reload on the move. First you have to open the ammo pouch, then you much remove the empty magazine and switch it with the fresh one. Then you must close the ammo pouch. Trying to keep your head up and move while doing this isn't that easy. Besides, your heart rate is up and there is much noise and confusion--you also always try to save your magazines, but you sometimes lose a few.

the term "Semite" is a racial term. For example, the Arabs are Semites. It is totally stupid for Jews to refer to Arabs as "anti-Semetic." In fact most Jews are not Semites (According to the Jew Arthur Koestler); they are in fact Khazars, a non-Semitic people that converted in the 12th Century.
